"HEY. GATHER ROUND WE'RE GONNA START THE MEETING." Draken yelled to the crowd of people.

Everyone immediately stopped talking and bowed respectfully to Mikey and Draken. The blonde duo walked through the crowd with Phoenix and Takemichi following along. Draken lead Takemichi and Phoenix to the side while Mikey climbed up a flight of stairs before looking out across everyone.

Starting his announcement, Mikey made sure everyone heard his words clearly. "We're gathered here today because of the 'Mobius' incident. When they clash with us, it's going to be a big dispute. If we do clash, it'll be around the time of the Musashi Festival." Taking a pause from what he was saying, he glanced at Phoenix and Takemichi then continued his speech. "Now then, let me hear what everyone thinks."

Phoenix and Takemichi watched everyone in confusion before a guy stepped up and explained to the two of them what 'Mobius' is. He had light purple hair, almost white, with an earring on one of his ears.

"I'm Mitsuya by the way and Mobius is a biker gang two generations older than us who's been controlling Shinjuku.

"Huh? Toman isn't the one controlling Shinjuku?" Takemichi asked.

"While Toman is over Shibuya, Mobius has Shinjuku which is a totally different story. Plus, Toman is still a new gang."

Phoenix nodded in understanding. "Why are you guys going after them though?" He questioned.

"About the dispute-"

Before Mitsuya could finish, another male kicked Takemichi in the back, making him fall over. Going to Phoenix, he tried punching the red haired male but the teen dodged, taking a few steps back.

Takemichi looked at the attacker in fury, holding his back like an old man. "That fucking hurt. What the hell are you doing?"

A leaner male leaned over Takemichi with a crazy look on his face. "Hah? You got a problem with Pah kickin' you?"

The teen named 'Pah' turned his attention towards Phoenix, walking closer to him. "You're Phoenix, aren't ya?"

Studying the chubbier figure carefully, Phoenix glared at the teen before confidently saying "Yes."

"You took care of Kiyomasa of our squad during the underground fighting incident, didn't ya? How're you plannin' to pay for the bets we lost?"

"Fuck off. It was your fault in the first place for doing something so messed up so don't go around blaming others, dickhead."

Mitsuya quickly stopped the argument, getting in between Phoenix and Pah. "Don't start a fight with the president's guests. Phoenix is right, the Kiyomasa incident was nothing but him using Toman's name for personal gain."

Phoenix looked at Mitsuya gratefully before walking over to Takemichi, helping him up.

Walking over, Draken apologized for Pah and Peh, the leaner male who was next to Pah. "Forgive those two. It's only because Pah is on edge right now."

"The Mobius leader is a guy named 'Osanai'. He got into a fight with Pah's best friend over some trifling things." Mitsuya explained. "So, the Mobius members ganged up on Pah's friend. They then raped his girlfriend right in front of him, strung up his family and took their money."

"How awful..." Takemichi mumbled.

"Mobius is that type of gang." Mitsuya sighed.

Pah walked towards Mikey, bowing down before him.

"What will you do, Pah?" Mikey questioned. "...Do you want to do it?"

"They're older than us. And Toman can't just allow them to get away with this. It's gonna cause Toman lot of trouble." Pah responded. "But...it's so frustrating, Mikey."

"That's not what I'm asking. Do you wanna do it? Or not?"

Screaming his answer in fury, Pah spoke. "I wanna do it! I wanna fucking beat them to death!"

Mikey smiled down at Pah with an approving nod. "That's what I thought. Now, is there anyone who thinks it's too much trouble if Toman helped out Pah's good friend?" Mikey paused for dramatic effect before continuing his speech. "Is there anyone who is on the fence about Mobius? Even though they fucked up Pah's friend?"

The crowd stayed silent, not disagreeing with their leaders' words. Phoenix watched silently, being proud of how the gang was handling the situation.

"THERE AIN'T, IS THERE?" Mikey yelled confidently. "WE'RE GOING TO CRUSH MOBIUS. THE DECISIVE BATTLE WILL BE ON AUGUST THIRD AT THE MUSASHI FESTIVAL. BE PREPARED TO ATTACK THEN."
