One day long ago, a little girl was playing around in her grandma's front yard with a little dolly that her grandma knitted her. It quickly got boring playing alone, so she sat on the front step of their porch, frowning; she placed her dolly next to her and put her left hand underneath her chin. She looked around for someone to play with and as usual, no one.
A kid about same age from next door came out of their house and sat on their porch, it wasn't long before he noticed the girl, and she noticed him as well. Too shy to ask him to play, the little girl secretly hoped he would talk to her. The boy came back inside their house, but before even the girl could feel blue, he came back out with a big red ball in his hands. He approached the girl with a smile;
'' hello, I'm Harry, what's your name?'' He finally spoke
'' um uh I'm um Violet'' she softly stuttered
'' don't be shy Violet'' he patted her shoulder ''wanna play?''
'' umm, sure, I'd love to play''
Harry helped her up and they played for hours in Harry's backyard. And as the days went by, they got to know each other and quickly became friends, shared secrets, gave each other nicknames, and spent every minute they can with each other.
At school, they would spend most of recess thinking about what to play when they get back home. The fact that they had no other friends but each other didn't seem to bother them at all; actually they thought it made their friendship even more special.
Soon these little cuties became more than friends, they became lovebirds. At the age of 13 they were already dating. They had nothing else in life but each other. She loved him like he was air to her lungs, and the same way he felt. Everyone hoped that they last, because relationships as pure as theirs, full of trust, honesty, and joy were very rare. They didn't only make each other happy; they made everyone around them happy with their beautiful personalities.
But, years later, they grew up, and it was the most horrifying thing that had ever happened to them.
