Chapter Five

-a week later-

"C'mon Scott!" I yell sitting at the bottom of the stairs tying my shoes
"You know he isn't coming down right?" Says ace leaning on the front door while taping his iPod; probably playing a game or something.

"What?" I question
"He isn't coming down, just like last time, and the time before" he says glancing at me then rolling his eyes back to his iPod.

"Oh fu-"
"WHATS THAT I HEAR" nana yells interrupting me while existing the kitchen with a plate of brownies in hand
"Nothing granny" i rub my eyes in distress

"BROWNIES" yelled Ace dashing across the room to grandma, knowing he wont have time to finish them all ,because were leaving, he shoved all he could quickly in his mouth.

As i regained my vision after rubbing my eyes, i heard footsteps walking down the stairs, i turned around to see, finally, Scott.

"Finally man!! Were late and i have to drop Ace at Sawyer's !! C'mon lets hurry, get in the car" i say rushing everyone

"Bye darlings, take care" says granny watching us drive away before heading back inside.

"Oh my god its already 5:30" i sigh in worry heading to sawyer's house.

"Don't pretend to be worried and shit, you don't even have to do this" grumbled Scott

"Im doing this for you" i shoot him a sympathetic glare.

It wasn't long before we got to sawyer's. He's just a few minutes away.

"C'mon ace" i say unbuckling my belt to drop him off "Wait here" i direct my words to Scott.

We got out the car and rang the doorbell

"Be good" I whisper to Ace
"E-eh" he replies

"Hey vio ! Hi ace" sawyer opens the door and greets us with a smile and petting Ace's hair; annoying him.

"Hey sawyer" i giggle "ok I'm leaving and I already told him to be nice so he shouldn't be a bother ahah" i said pushing Ace a little forward

"Of course he wont" Sawyer lets out a giggle "see you later, have fun" he yells so Scott could hear him all the way from the car.

"WELL THERES NO REASON TO BE SO FUCKING ANNOYING ABOUT IT" i storm into the house behind Scott as he runs up the stairs. I throw my bag on the floor and head to the kitchen to get some water.

"YOURE FUCKING INSANE OKAY" he yells before disappearing into his room

"Whats wrong honey??" Granny asks slowly walking into the kitchen "i've heard you scream"

"Scott is acting up again for no shit ok he's just so rude I'm fucking trying to help him before he kills himself" i let out an angry sigh
"I'm so done with him!! I cant use any more stress and i don't want to loos him!!! This therapy shit is clearly not working"

"What happened now dear ??" Granny asks worried

"He saw a guy from school and panicked out and when i called his name he got angry cause now the dude knows its Scott"

"Well i don't see how thats so bad?" She questioned, confused.

"Me neither!! But he's making a huge deal out of it" i complain and sigh
"Anyways, I'm going to pick Ace up from Sawyer's and dropping him off at his friend's then meeting harry back at his house, love ya, bye" i stand up and make my way out the door frustrated.

"Get out ace" i park the car in front of our house. Its 6:30pm and I'm late for harry.

"Harry, Harry, Harry, thats all you ever talk about" he unbuckles his belt

"Wait what?" I feel a warm blanket covering my insides as i hear his words

"Yea you know" he rolls his eyes picking his back from the car's floor

"Wait wait wait !! You think i don't care about you?"

"Not just me, Scott too"

"How do you know that ??"

"He told me"

"What ?? What did he say??"

"You don't give a shit"

"Hey dont say that!!" I say in a harsh tone

"No idiot, that's what he said"

"Huh?"

"He said that you don't give a shit. You only try to take him to therapy because you hate having a person with scars all over him walk with you in the mall, or the park, or wherever. He is comfortable in his own skin, you make him feel like he shouldn't be. He is okay with how he looks like, and you should be too." He quickly spilled out before getting out the car "bye, see you tomorrow at 10" he finally adds before going inside Cameron's house, his best friend.

"Did i just get schooled by a 13 year old ??" I sigh questioning myself on my ride back to Harry's.
