We're Engaged!💍

Before telling anyone that we are engaged, we started looking for homes, me and pac are ready to start our future together and that includes a fresh start, we are obviously starting with the house which as pac admitted "is the place he brings all the groupies to."
I'm really glad that pac is honest with me, it shows me that he is mature and that he is serious about us.
After almost 4 weeks of looking for a home.
We finally found one, and it's perfect!

Pac loved it.
We bought it the same day.

*A week later

After getting settled into our new home we were getting ready to attend the Shakur Family Reunion.

I Pick My Outfit Out And Take Some Pictures Outside Of The Hotel In Pasadena.

I Change My Heels For Some Comfy Sneakers And Then We Head Out.

I'm not nervous anymore since I got to know his family, at first they were kind of cold to me but now we're cool.

We're finally at the house, we see kids in the jumper and uncles firing up the grill, and we spot the women the the kitchen talking while getting out ingridientd for lemonade. We head inside to say hi.

We get the ladies together and tell them,
We're Engaged!

Their reactions were even better than what we expected.

Oh my god really!
Oh Congrats!

And of course Afeni with the best reaction of all
Welcome to the family Lauren! And son I'm so proud of you. Oh god! I'm so happy! She starts to cry as me and Pac start smiling.
Afeni tells Pac to say hi to his other family members and celebrate the engagement with them too while I stay in the kitchen with them and get to know them a little better. Me and pac share a lingering kiss before he leaves to go check on his family.

Lauren, you know my son said that your so sweet and that you inspire him to be a better man.

I blush as she recounts the conversation that led Pac to propose to me.
Later during the cookout me and pac told everyone the news as everyone started smiling, his cousins called me lucky saying that pac was a very good man with a good heart and how they see how he has changed and matured.

Aaliyah approached me:

Me And 2Pac Arrive At My Parents Manor
And We Get Settled In Our Separate Rooms Then We Get Presentable And Wait For His Family To Arrive Because We Get Married In 3 Weeks

While We Wait, Pac Handles Some Business In Town As I Go Outside With My Mom To Go Over The Day Before Wedding Breakfast And Other Plans. The Butler Hands Us A Flute Glass Of Bellini.

So I've Been Thinking.
How About A Breakfast Bar, Mom Suggests

It Will Include: Waffles,Potatoes,Pancakes,Fruit,Bacon,French Toast,Eggs,Apple Desert,Porridge,Chia Seed Pudding,Arroz Con Lechè.

Yum! I Exclaim As I Agree With My Mothers Menu Suggestions.

We Try To Continue But We Are Soonly Interuppted By The Arrival Of Pacs Family. I Was Excited As I Was Ready To Greet More Of Pacs Family.
They Gave My Mom Dirty Looks As Soon As They Stepped Out The Cadillac SUVS And Looked At The Main House Saying Damn This Place Is Huge:
I Get The Biggest Room, My Mom Tried To Tell Them But They Cut Her Off So I Figured It Was My Turn To Handle Them. You Guys Can't Choose Your Rooms But They Are All Big And Our Butlers Will Carry Your Luggage And Lead You To Your Room And Then You Guys Can Go Anywhere But The Ballroom Okay. Theres A Game Room, A Candy Room, A Pool, A Indoor And Outdoor Basketball Court, And Volleyball Court. One Of Pacs Aunties Interupts Me Before I Can Continue.

Umm Okay But Can You Please Show Me Where To Put This Sweet Potato Pie Honey Because My Arms Are Getting Real Tired.

Oh Yes Of Course My Butler Mr.Spencer Will Take It.

This Is For My 2Pac Just Show Me Which One Of Your Kitchens To Put It In. Mama Looks At Pacs Aunt In Disgust But I Fix Her Attitude Before She Gets Cussed Out. But I Could Only Understand Mama, Like How Dare She, She Just Assumes That We Have More Than One Kitchen. I Could Already Tell I Was Gonna Have A Problem With A Few Of Them But I Just Tried To Look On The Bright Side. Im Getting Married, Im Marrying The Man That I Love.
