"Ouch..." The guy mumbled as he woke up. "Those bastards!"
Wait, I feel 10 times better, what did that healer use?!
He then noticed a note taped onto his forehead. He took it off and read it.
He sighed. "Such a crazy woman..."
But out of all the healers I've encountered, I've never seen someone heal me this quickly. I want to see what the healer uses.
Suddenly, two guards barged into the house.
"Your majesty! We were looking everywhere for you!" One of the guards said.
"Soldier, if you saw me, would you know who I am?" He asked as he got out of the bed.
"Of course your majesty!" The other guard exclaimed. "Because of you, our little kingdom has now become an empire!"
"You are a king at such a young age!" The guard added. "Everyone would know of such a great king! Only someone who lived in the middle of nowhere, wouldn't know!"
"Hmm..." He mused. "We will be heading to Druvaria."
"But..." The guard started to say. "Your majesty, aren't you looking for Princess Andoria?"
"We've been searching for years," He pointed out and sighed. "We can't find a black-haired beauty with blue eyes."
Wait... He thought as he thought about Andoria.
Nevermind. It would be embarrassing to royals if she was royalty.
"We will pause, for now, it's been 5 years," He informed the guards.
"Yes, King Braern," They bowed.
***
"YOU TOLD A STRANGER WHERE OUR NEXT STOP WAS?!" Sheira shouted once she and Andoria were at Druvaria.
"We need money!" Andoria protested. "We will just be meeting him in a building."
"Isn't that a bit suspicious?" Sheira pointed out.
"Hmmm..." Andoria mused then shrugged. "Oh well!"
***
"Woah! Sir, you have access to such a nice place in Druvaria!" Andoria exclaimed as Braern let them into a balcony surrounded by sea.
"I have a lot of places around," He said.
"Did you see the note?" She asked as she settled herself on a chair near her.
"Of course I got it, you taped it to my forehead when you knocked me out," He said, his tone agitated.
"Hahaha... we were just trying to help," Andoria said.
"You knocked me unconscious." He pointed out.
"Well, you obviously need something or you wouldn't be here," She said.
"Your healer," Braern said, gesturing to Sheira. "What did she use to heal me?"
"Oh, I make my own potions!" Sheira answered, secretly glad the subject had changed into something she likes.
"Could you tell me the ingredients?" Braern asked. "I will pay a high price."
"No-"
"Woah!" Andoria interrupted. "How much?!"
"You-" He tried to say.
"Andor- Aldephia! Are you that money blind...?" Sheira asked.
"10 diamond shekel," He bargained.
"10 DIAMOND SHEKEL?!" Sheira and Andoria shouted in unison.
He nodded like it wasn't a big deal.
"A-Are you sure you didn't mean 10 iron shekel?" Sheira stammered.
"Make it 30 diamond shekel," Andoria ordered and Sheira and Braern widened their eyes.
"3-30 diamond shekel?" He stammered. "Really?"
"Well, Sheira's potions could become very popular," Andoria pointed out. "And we could earn more than 100 diamond shekel. 10 diamond shekel is such a rip-off."
"Fine," He agreed and handed Andoria a pouch. Sheira's jaw dropped to the floor.
"Gee, sir, thank you," Andoria said.
"It's fine- I mean now the potion or I'll throw you out of the balcony-"
Andoria then looked down at the balcony. Sea was pretty much the only thing that was below.
"What are you doing?" He asked.
"Checking how high the drop is," Andoria answered with a wink. "See if it's worth it."
"You-"
"COME ON SHEIRA!" Andoria screamed and pushed Sheira down the balcony without any warning and then dropped down with her. "Ciao hottie!" She added.
"GUARDS!" Brearn shouted.
***
Within minutes, they landed on the big, blue sea.
"WOO HOOO!" Andoria exclaimed.
"ANDORIA!" Sheria shouted, trying to stay afloat. "I-I can't swim!"
Andoria quickly held her up.
"YOU TELL ME THIS 5 YEARS AFTER KNOWING ME?!" She shouted.
She then lifted Sheria on her back and swam as fast as she could.
Land... Andoria thought. I won't be able to get there in time!"
"GET THE BLACK HAIRED GIRL!" A guard shouted from above.
Suddenly, a girl came out of the ocean. She had red short hair and green eyes, and instead of legs, they were... fins.
"Excuse me!" Andoria said. "Please help us!"
"Laputa Empire rules consist of not helping drowning citizens," The mermaid informed her. "We believe everything happens for a reason."
"So, you're just going to let us die?!" Andoria asked.
"Yes," She nodded and Andoria gritted her teeth. She reached from her pouch and took a crown out.
"I'M PRINCESS ANDORIA!" Andoria shouted and the mermaid was taken aback. "I'LL BE THE NEXT QUEEN!"
Now Andoria was struggling to stay afloat.
"Princess?!" She asked. "Wait-"
Andoria couldn't stay afloat and fell into the sea with Sheira.
"FINE!" The mermaid shouted.
