Chapter 2

As Riko walks back,she stops for a moment in the middle of the hallway.'Riko?"You ask her quizically as she takes a deep breathe."W-Would you mind taking a walk with me on deck?By the side of the deck?"She asks you.You blush before replying,"I-I would love to Riko!"She smiles at you before she squeezes her hand and walks off with you to the edge of the ship.The smell of salt thickens as you reach the edge of the ship."This is be my favourite spot.Every time I'm here I feel so much calmer since few bother to round the bend and come here~"She tells you as she takes a look at the sea next to you."Yeah?"You reply as she smiles at you."Anyway,Riko,During the match Takako told me about your hopeless attempts to get a boyfriend..."Her smile dissappears as she softly utters some words,"Y-yeah...Most boys lose interest when I tell them about my interests in World war 2..."You solemnly nod as she looks up at you."I just feel so lucky to have you now since few here share my interests~"You smile back at her as she squeezes your hand tighter."Must be hard.But anyways,any girls here like you?When you told me about your interests,I got worried you'd be friend-less~"You say in a teasing manner as she blushes."Hopefully your not planning to run away with someone else..."She trails off as she looks towards the Ocean."No,I would never run away with another girl~"You reply.Feeling more confident,she says,"OK,there's a girl on the Panzer IV called Yukari Akiyama,she's not a history buff,just more like a tank enthusiast.But just so you know,she's already got a boyfriend."She says the last few words with her eyes closed,opening one eye with a grin."OK."You reply as you grin right back at her,"Maybe this is your time to end up like her!"You add with a cheeky smile.She blushes as she replies,"I-I never...N-no...Maybe..."She mutters under her breath as she turns round to face you."And we're back."She says to break up the conversation.

"So,Wittman,how much do you know about your favourite historical figure?I'll quiz you!'She asks in her usual cheerful tone."OK!"You reply chirpily."Ok then!How many tanks did Wittmann command over the course of his career?"

"Easy!2,A StuG 3 B,and a Tiger tank!"You confidently reply."I was going easy...Next!What was the number on Wittmann's turret?"You smirk and reply,"212!"With that,she follows up with,"How did Wittmann die!And which tank killed the great Wittmann?"You ponder on your thoughts before replying,"On the 8 of August 1944,Wittmann attempted to rush a convoy and he took out a Sherman Before a group of Sherman Fireflies took him out."Riko stares at you with a wide-eyed expression before replying,"All correct...It's not possible..."She mutters as she starts texting the rest of the club."No one's ever done that before..."She mutters once more before you 2 go to the balcony."Tonight's sunset is beautiful~"You exclaim as you sit down next to her."Yeah,perfect for a wonderful first day with you~"She adds."Couldn't have said it better myself!"You reply as you squeeze her hand.However,nothing lasts forever and the sunset eventually gives way to night.the two of you tuck yourselves in before Riko mutters,'Good night Jonas~"You smile at her before replying,"Good night Riko~"

(The next day)

"Rise and shine Erwin~"You softly mutter to Riko as you finish getting changed for the day.With a groan,she gets up."O-oh right.Morning Jonas!"She exclaims as she gets up.She gets changed and walks with you to your calsses.Along the way,you strike up a conversation with Riko,"So Riko,would you mind telling me,how's Sensha-do like?"Riko looks at you,and replies,'Great actually!Commander Nishuzumi is a great commander and our StuG's a wonderful tank so It's really nice!"You nod as she asks you,"Anyway,your quite the shot!"She smiles at you while you reply,"Thanks Riko~"Meanwhile,Caesar attempts to creep up behind you.Out of nowhere,she exclaims,"Sowho's you boyfriend Riko?"She turns around in a shock to see Takeko laughing uncontrollably."TAKAKO!"Riko screams,losing her cool.'HE'S NOT MY BOYFRIEND!!"Takako's laughter dies down as she mutters,"Sure he isn't~"A scowl appears on Riko's face as she turns around in a huff."So Jonas,how're enjoying Riko?"She asks you,"Fine actually."You reply as you enter the class for World war  history.

"Hey Erwin!"A girl with brown-ish fluffy hair exclaims excitedly as you enter."Hey Yukari!"Riko replies as she sits down next to her."Is that your boyfriend?"She asks,some of her autism flowing through."N-no!"She stutters in reply.As you look for a spot to it,you soon realise the only spot is right next to RIko.Sitting down,Riko uncomfortably shifts in her chair as heat rises up her face."H-Hey Riko..."You trail off as she blushes."H-hi."She replieswith a forced smile on her face.Yukari giggles at the sight of the once (Almost)Always confident Riko nervously blushing.Riko strikes up a conversation with Yukari before the techer enters

~2 hours later~

"That was riveting~"You exclaim as Riko gets up."Yeah,wanna go for lunch?"After a firm nod,you clutch her hand as you go to the Canteen to eat."So Riko,Wanna talk about the continuation war?"You ask her.Her eyes light up as she nods,replying,"Yeah!"As you chat with her till you enter the canteen.

(Riko POV)

I walk away from him for a moment as I grab my food."Thanks goodness I have a chance to calm down my heart..."I mutter to myself.My heart's beating rapidly every second I'm around him,thanks in part to Yukari and Takeko's comments.Sitting down,Yukari approaches me and strikes up a conversation with me."Riko,your falling for him huh?"Yukari smirks as she sits down."N-no G-Guederian!"I stutter as she munches on a piece of meat."I guess,but you could ask him out sometime!"She suggests to me."N-no!Not now Yukari!"I reply as I feel my heart beating faster and faster with every passing second."Sure~"She replies,sounding smoother to me than she probably was.

The rest of the day passes in a flash,a nervous mix of blushing,stuttering and shyness.So when night beckons,I heave a relieved sigh and sleep well,taking it as a break rom the constant pressure

~The next day~

The next day,I thankfully get up before Jonas and get changed as he gets up."Morning Riko!"he exclaims whilst entering the toilet while I brush my teeth."Morning!"I reply,for the first time hiding my nervousness,managing to hide it.Afterwards,we go for an absolutely wonderful day!
