Chapter 3:A date?

(Riko POV)

I make my way to the History club before Jonas gets a chance to change to give me some alone time.As I enter however,my heart rate goes through the roof again....

"Hey Riko,Takako and I have been discussing something~"Oryou says in a cheeky tone as I come through the dorrs.With a heavy sigh,I reply,"What is it..."Caesar lets out a smirk before tossing me a coin,"This is your if you ask him out~"I blush before replying,"W-what?N-no!"Oryou lets out a grin before she adds,"I'll give you that ME109 model kit you've always wanted~"With a sigh,and flopping onto the sofa,I finally give in,"Fine!You win!"I exclaim exasperatedly as Jonas turns the corner."He's coming Riko~"Caesar exclaims as she hears the footsteps.

"Hey Oryou,Caesar."He greets them as I get up,plucking up the most courage I can find and say in a serious tone,"You,me,the movies,after school.Be there."Taken aback,he replies,"O-OK,Sure!"HE sits down while I go to Caesar and Oryou at the back of the room."I did it!Now give me the goods will ya~"Caesar shakes her head and flicks me a coin,"Here."She mutters as Oryou says,"Sure you did~"

~Timeskip:IT's now after school!~

(Jonas 2nd PErson POV)

You sit down on bench outside your class waiting for Riko."Hey Jonas!"She exclaims as she spots you sitting on the bench."Hey Riko."You reply as you get up,and smile at her."So Riri,which movie are we watching?"You ask her as she squeezes her hand."I was thinking about Das boot or Pat-Wait,did you just...Shorten my name?"With a blush,you reply,"N-no,I could be refering to other things!"Riko lets out her usual smirk and replies,"Sure it is Jojo."As she rolls her eyes in a playful manner,you think about the Winter championship happening a week from now."Riko,I need to ask you this,but are you nervous about the Winter Champs a week from now?"She looks back at you,before replying,"No,not at all,we won the last championship,and Miho's already drawn the lots.We're up against Maginot girls.Should be easy,they only have Char Bs,Somuas and a slew of Ranault R35s."You nod as you finally reach the Cinema."So,Das boot or Patton Jojo?"She says with a knowing smile."Eh,Patton sounds fun."Riko nods before going to buy the tickets.In the meantime,you decide to walk off to buy some popcorn."Salted Caramel or just plain old popcorn..."You ponder on the choices,while thinking,'ARGHH,YOU THE HELL DECIDED MAKING THIS MANY POPCORN FLAVOURS WAS A GOOD IDEA?!"Just  then,Riko shows up behind you."Just plain popcorn'll do."You nod to yourself and buy a bag of it.

You find your seats and watch as the title card plays."Riko,after this do you want to pop by a Cafe or something?"She blushes before replying,"I-I'd love to!"Turning your attentin back to the movie,the first lines start playing.As the actor playing Patton enters the building somewhere in Africa,Riko smiles at you.Realising both of you are thinking the exact same thing.She advances closer to your lips and you do exactly the same.As you two get closer to each other,the speakers suddenly ring out."RAT-TAT-TAT-TAT-TAT!"Catching you by surprise,"Ah!"You both exclaim before sitting back down.You both let out giddy smiles before bringing your attention back to the movie."Rommel you magnificent bastard,I READ YOUR BOOK!"George C scott,the actor playing Patton yells out.An hour or so later,you both exit the cinema feeling cotent."Time for lunch?"You ask Riko as you hear a distinct growl from her stomach."M-maybe..."She stutters as she holds your hand."The Lelclerc tank cafe~"Riko exclaims as you enter."Yukari brought me here one time.The food ain't great but it's got it where it counts."You nod,relishing the Star Wars reference she made.As you sit down,Riko passes you a menu."I'll just have a Salad with a Coke."Riko nods before exclaiming,"I'll have the same I guess!"She presses on a button that looks like a tank,and a waiter comes by to our table.The waiter gives a sort of salute before asking us for our order.After a hasty order,you and Riko chat for hours on end,munching on your food

Whilst chatting and laughing to you,you decide to glance up at the clock."Wow!IT's already 6?!"You exclaim as you look up at the clock."O-oh,I'm sorry if I'm wasting your ti-"she exclaims,fearful she's done something wrong.You place a finger on her mouth before muttering,"It's fine Riko,I'm always happy to spend time with you~"She blushes redder than ever as she replies,"T-That's v-very kind of you..."As she turns her head away in an effort to hide her flustered self.However,you manage to catch a glimpse of her face."Your kinda cute when your all flustered like that Erwin~'Turning around,she blushes even harder as she splutters,"A-ah..."She looks down for a minute before replying,"S-Surely you can't be serious!"With a smile,and attempting to push away your fears,you exclaim,"I am serious!....And don't call me Shirley!"She stops blushing for a second and giggles,"Ah yes,A boy who likes Airplane,a man of culture,I see~"Just as she finishes her sentence,you begin yours,"Yeah,but I am serious about it though...."Riko's blush re-forms on her face as she stutters again,"B-But,No o-ones ever told me that..."Putting a hand under her chin,lifting her head up,you reply,"Doesn't make it untrue!"She smiles once more as she gets up."Sure~Let's go."She says with her classic cocky grin."Sure Riri."She rolls her eyes playfully as you pay for the food.

~Location change:In the dorm~

As the two of you go back giggling at each other,you spot Takeko(Oryou BTW)waiting outside your door."Right Riko,so you won the bet.Here's your 109 model."Perplexed,you ask,"What bet?"Takeko grins as Riko blushes,almost to say,"don't you dare."To Takeko."We bet earlier that she wouldn't be able to pluck up the courage to ask you out,so we bet a 109 model she always wanted and a coin on it."As Riko blushed even harder,she broke free from your hand and ran off."Wait!Riko!"You say to the empty air behind her as Takeko passes you the model."Try building it with her.Might make her feel better."She walks off and asks,"Could you apologise to her for me?I-I realise my mistake now."You nod and walk to the spot you went to on your first day.

(Riko POV)

"*Sob*Why do I always have to be like that!Maybe Saemonza was right.Maybe I'll always be alone."I say to myself as I look at the edge."Maybe I'll never get a boyfriend and I'll be a loner forever."Just as I take another sob,a familiar voice behind me ."Don't say that Riko.You'll always have me~"I turn around and see Jonas carrying the model in his hand."Jonas!"I exclaim running towards him.Taken aback,he steps back,but I continue running towards him.Embracing him in a tight hug,I sob,"I'm so sorry Jonas!A-All I-I do is cause you trouble..."He takes a deep breath before replying,"No you don't Riko.You never cause me any trouble.None at all.In fact,I always enjoy your company."I wrap my arms around his back even tighter as he hugs me back."TThanks Jonas,you alwas make me feel better!"I exclaim as I let go of him."Riko,you always make me feel the same way too~"He replies as I smile at him warmly while drying up my eyes."Thank you so much."I say as he ruffles my hair,picking up my German field Marshall's cap.He places the cap back on my head before showing me the model kit in his hand."B-But that's the one Oryou g-gave me!"I ask him perplexed."She asked me to pass it to you~"He replies as he says,"Wana build this puppy when we get back Erwin?'With a grin platsered on my face,I nod and reply,"Hai!"
