"D-DAD?! DAD WAKE UP!!" Said a young girl shaking Dennis crying as she was worried. Dennis groaned as he opened his eyes slightly. He sat up in kinda of a pain. It took a sec to realize the voice. He was surprised to look at his daughter here. "B-BABYGIRL?! HOW ARE YOU HERE?!" He asked really surprised. "I-I wanted to visit you..! W-What happened here?!" Anastasia spoke really worried about her dad as tears were flowing down her face. Dennis went to hold onto her and wipe her tears to comfort her. He looked around to see that the other mercs family came to visit as well. As he still looked he saw Abby and David feeling down. He then realized that both Andrew and Blake was not around either. He felt bad for the two kids. He looked towards Emily to sob to see she's is by Dan's body as Dan hasn't woken up yet.
"D-Danny...p-please wake up.. I-I'm sorry..I'm so sorry for everything...just please...wake up.." Emily spoken up to him. She felt very awful for having her son getting badly hurt in the battlefield. She felt disappointed at herself for lying and keeping secrets from him and her family, she felt like a bad person...a horrible mother to her family. A horrible wife.. she heard footsteps from outside the Lab as she thought that things would stress herself more she saw her husband and two kids with him.. she was going to panic as this is the first time she seen them in years. She tried to act calm. Then she remembered what Blake told her. But she wasn't ready after what happened to them. She couldn't do it. She was also very worried that she didn't see Blake either in the lab. She saw her husband Aron and her three children come rushing in to see Dan up close. "Danny?! Oh god what happened here?!" Aron looked at Emily in a worried look but stopped and looked at her closely. "You...look familiar..." Aron spoke to her. Emily was definitely panicking on the inside but was calm on the outside. She stutters a bit and excuse herself to walk off scared. Aron knew this as if he could remember Emily does this when she's nervous. He looks at his three kids. " I'm going to be back kids..." he spoke up to them and went to go check up on Emily. He saw her crying sitting down on a chair that was close to the lab. He goes to her and went to be in front of her. "Emily...?" Aron spoke to her softly as he looked at her. She looks at her husband in a panic a bit.
"Y-You must be mistaken b-by a different woman sir..." she spoken to him softly. Aron didn't listen as he goes to take off her eye mask to reveal freckles she has that he knows. He was surprised as he went to make her stand up and hug her tight. "Oh god..Emily I can't believe that I found you finally..!" Aron spoken happily as he was glad to see her after years of not seeing her. Emily was very quiet as she went to hug him back tight as well. "I-I'm so sorry hun..! I'm so so sorry for leaving you and our kids..! I'm sorry for everything..! I'm sorry for having our son get hurt too..!" Emily spoken as her voice quiver and starts to sob again to him as she was clutching onto his shirt. Aron heard her as he was just glad she was alive. He forgave her as he knows about how she just wanted to help protect the family. "Shhhh...My Angle...it's okay..it's okay Emily...I'm just very glad you are still alive and well...same with our son.." he spoken softly as he gently grabs her face to make her look at him. He smiles at her softly and kissed her forehead. Emily felt better after that. "So...who did this to you guys..? I'm gonna beat them up for ya" he spoken to her in a kinda joking but kinda serious way. She was quiet but spoke up to him. "Hun..don't be like that, but...it was the enemy team..they were stronger than us all of a sudden.." she said to him as she didn't want him or her kids to be harmed. Aron sighed and just continued to hug her. "I'm guessing he doesn't know hm..?" Aron spoken up to her. She quietly goes to nod slightly. "Let's go see him to see if he's awake..and show him that it's you.." he spoke as he held her hand. She was definitely worried about it but she needed to do it.. she nods as she held his hand as well. They both went to go back inside the lab to see their son Dan. Dan was awake and as he looked towards his dad and Emily he was surprised to see that Emily showed her face to him finally.
"...mom..?" Dan said to her. Emily was quiet as she was going to speak, Dan went off the bed immediately and hugged her tight. "I'm glad that my thoughts were right ma...I'm glad you're alive!" Dan spoken to her loudly as he was about to cry. Emily was surprised but went to hug him back. She looked over at her other kids that was also surprised as they ran up to her and hugged as well tearing up a bit. Emily was just happy that they were not mad at her and understood.
