After eating dinner he went to make Ansh sleep while I cleaned the dishes. I was cleaning the dishes when he came and asked,"need some help."

"Yeah, just wipe them & keep them in their places." I said to him.

I was engrossed in washing the dishes but I could feel his piercing gaze on me.

"You want to say something." I asked after finishing the dishes looking towards him.

"Did I make our relationship awkward after that kiss?" He asked.

"Why are you asking this?" The tip of my ears, cheeks turned red.

"Naah, you seem uncomfortable around me, that's why I asked." He replied.

"It's just several thoughts going on in my head. Like what if this dating thing doesn't work & we failed to understand each other." I asked.

"There's already an understanding between us, Suu. All we are trying is to check if we both are compatible as partner's or not." He explained grabbing me close by my waist.

"And things will work automatically if we share our thoughts with each other." He said making me look up to his eyes by lifting up my chin.

"What if I hurt you in some or the other way by saying something stupid & you will just say we should break up and with this we will lose our friendship too. I don't want to lose you. I want this dating thing to work." I replied, my eyes gleaming with tears.

"Ayee baby, mutual feelings. Look if we fight as partners then we will solve it as friends. Now stop getting emotional." He said and hugged me tightly, placing a kiss on my forehead.

"I never knew you were this serious about us." I said looking up with him.

"I'm very determined to make this dating work and we will make this work with equal efforts. Ain't we?" He asked looking deeply in my eyes and brushed the tip of his nose with mine. Ayeee cuteee !!!

"Yess." I nodded in affirmation, blushingly.

Aditya's POV :

God the way she blush, I regret making her wait for 3 years. She's the best thing ever happened in my life.

"Now that we resolved our doubts, shall we kiss?" I said.

"You want a kiss." She asked.

"Ofcourse, as a reward for making the portrait." I replied pouting.

"Ohkieee then, free myself and close your eyes." She said.

"Nooiiissh, you will run away." I protested.

"I won't promise. Now close your eyes." She said, placing her palm on my eyes.

I freed her, she went a few steps behind and said, "don't open your eyes till I ask you."
