14 years later
"Kim Seokjin," the teacher announces, "Congratulations on graduating and securing a job in the Korean Archaeology Expeditions."
He bows and accepts the certificate, "Thank you."
"Min Yuna," she smiles, "Congratulations on graduating and securing a job in the Korean Archaeology Expeditions."
"Thank you, ma'am," I bow to her.
"I am so glad you're following your dreams," she says.
"Thank you so much for guiding me, ma'am. Without you, I would have never made it," I hug her.
"I hope you stay happy and healthy, Yuna," she rubs my back, "Good luck."
"Thank you," I bow and exit the stage.
"Yuna!" My grandfather calls to me.
"Gramp!" I run and hug him, "I graduated!"
"I'm so proud of you," he cups my face, "You even managed to get a job!"
"Yes," I clap for myself, "I'm so excited! I will be joining two weeks later."
"Yuna!" Seokjin calls.
"Jinnie!" I run to him, "Congratulations."
"You too," Seokjins grins, "Let's go out to celebrate."
"Sure!" I see Namjoon and Hoseok walking towards us.
"Congratulations to all of us!" Hoseok cheers and drapes his arm around me.
"Yuna!" My grandpa comes to me, "Take your hands off her."
"Sir-" Hoseok starts.
"No!" My grandpa stops him, "Don't touch my daughter."
He pulls me to him and pulls me along with him. He was frantically sweating, "Gramp? What's wrong?"
"Nothing," he snaps, "Why do you let men touch you?"
I dig my heels into the ground and stop, "What do you mean?"
"Don't let other men touch you," he says trying to pull me along.
He's acting weird... He was never like this.
"What's wrong with you, Gramp? You're acting weird," I state.
"I'm acting weird?" He gets angry.
"Yes!" I reply.
"What do you mean?" He calms down.
"You were never like this," I breathe in, "You never restricted me, you never told me not to hang out with boys-"
"Men," he stops me, "Men. Those men were boys once. Now they are men. They-"
"So?" I interrupt him, "So what? They'll feel attracted to me?"
"Yes," he replies.
"I feel attracted too," I reply.
"WHAT?" He screams, "OH MY GOD."
"Wha-" He suddenly pulls me into the car. He pushes me onto the driver's seat and I look at him.
"What are you waiting for? Drive!" He says.
"Drive where?" I ask.
"Home!" He replies.
"I'm going out with my friends," I reply.
"No, we're going home," he says.
"You can go home," I say and hand the car keys to him, "Alone."
