-Ashya! - my brother Eric shouted coming in my bedroom without knocking the door.
- Don't you know how to knock a door? What do you want? - I said, angry. - damn, you scared me!
- Hey, keep calm boy! I just came call you for dinner.I went to the kitchen and sat at the table. The dinner was fish and chips, one of the few English things I hate. But my parents don't care about it, because my brothers love fish and chips.
- So, boys, how was the school today? - my father asked. He had arrived home 20 minutes ago. He works till the 7:50 PM.
- Great! I just did 75 push-ups in Physical Education! - Eric said. Damn! He's so athletic!
- Really?! That's awesome, son! That's my boy, I'm so proud of you!
- My day was amazing too. I received my English test, I got 76 %. - Todd said. He's not a very good student so when he receives a test with a grade highter that 60%, he gets happy.
- Wow! That's amazing, I love you son! - my mother said.
- I received a test too. Maths test. I got 97%. - I said.- That's good, Ashya. - my father said. That's good...not even "I'm proud of you" or "I love you" or a little "That's amazing" just "That's good".
I finished my dinner, went to my bedroom and lied down.
"Todd gets a 76% and my parents love it, I get a 97% and my parents don't care. Well, that's ok, they are not the only ones. Nobody in the world cares about me. If I'm gone, they will not notice it. Oh, that's it! Tommorow, I'll run away from home. I'll run away to New York, in other side of the USA."- I thought.
I closed my eyes and I dreamt with New York City, I'll go there, all by my side. I need some money, I got it, I received 150$ on Christmas and 100$ on Easter. I think that's enough. If it's not, I'll get it anyway. I do everything to go away from this hell.
