Plot : Jay and Harumi were born in the Junkyard but then Jay left to become a ninja, leaving Harumi alone with Ed and Edna. Years later, when Harumi is 15 and Jay is 18, they reunite.

Info : In Harumi's POV and Jay's POV. Is set before Season 7: The Hands of Time started. Harumi and Jay are biological siblings. Some Llorumi and Jaya.

A/N : I know that I haven't posted a oneshot in a while, but I just wanted to post content. I had this idea with me for a while and I finally did it! Oh, and by the way, I take normal oneshot requests now too, not just song edition! Anyways, enjoy!

Harumi's POV

(Few Years Ago...)

My mom is Edna Walker. My dad is Ed Walker. I also have an amazing older brother, his name is Jay Walker. My name is Harumi Walker. I've been living in this junkyard for all my life, and I'm never planning on leaving it any time soon. I love my life here. I love helping Jay invent crafty things.

This one time, I helped him build a pair of wings and he half-succeeded half-failed at flying with it. It worked at first, but then he crashed into a billboard and met an old man who was drinking tea. How my brother explained it, it was as if the old man knew that Jay was gonna crash there. It was weird and crazy but it sounded cool.

Well, everything was normal until Jay told me and our parents that he was going to move out and live in that old man's, I think his name is Wu, Monastery. He said he was going to train to become a ninja.

The ninja part sounded awesome. I mean, who wouldn't be excited to know that their sibling was going to have an awesome job? And I'm happy for him and all, but I didn't think he was leaving for good.

He never visited us in months after he left. That one day, my parents left to find some junk to bring back. They left me in charge since they'd probably be gone for a whole day, and they did. They told me that they found Jay and spent the day with him. And the more they talked about him, the more I wish that I had gone with them.

I missed Jay. I haven't seen him in months. Jay was my best friend and brother before he left, so after he was gone, I didn't really have any friends to talk to. I was pretty much lonely. I only talked with my parents. I admit, they're fun to be around, but I just miss talking to people my age, you know?

I just wish that I could see my brother again.

I wanna know what he's been doing all this time as a ninja. I wanna know his new ninja friends, I heard mom and dad talking about Jay's new friends so I assumed he met a few people while training.

Again, I'm happy that he has new friends, but it's not my fault that I want to see my brother again, right? I have the right to miss him. I have the right to want to see him again. But he just didn't visit. Or at least, he only visited when I was out somewhere else. Just my luck...

A year after my brother became a ninja, I also decided to try and get a job too. Though my brother's job doesn't give him money, it does give him admiration. I've seen him through newspapers, his heroic deeds and everything. I'm proud of him.
