Everything She Wants/Bucky Barnes

Please be kind, this is my first time writing stories. I always have ideas but with my dyslexia and ADD it makes it difficult to put things into words.

Being an Avenger was staring to take a toll on Bucky, and his 2 best friends Steve and Lisa were starting to get concerned. In this time being an Avenger means the more missions you do no matter how mundane they are you are paid very well. The reason Bucky has been so over worked is because of his current girlfriend of 6 months Susan. When they first started dating things were good for the first few weeks, but when Susan found out that Bucky gets paid lots of money for every mission he goes on she started using him for his money. Bucky loved her so much he wanted to do anything he could to please her. 

What Bucky didn't know was his best friend Lisa was already in love with the man even before she knew what he did for a living. Lisa met Bucky just after everyone came back from the blip. Bucky was going to a local coffee shop to grab something to drink and relax, but when he got there all the tables were taken up. After grabbing his coffee he went looking for a table and saw Lisa sitting by herself reading her book. He came up to her "Excuse me is this seat taken?" Lisa looks up from her book and sees those beautiful blue eyes. "Oh of course please take a seat." A slight silence came and then they started striking up a conversation about the book she was reading. From that day on they exchanged numbers and became fast friends, but she couldn't get those blue eyes out of her mind. After knowing each other for a few weeks, they finally asked each other what they did for work. Lisa worked for one of the local high schools in new york. When bucky told her he was hesitant to say he was an Avenger. She thought that was the coolest thing ever and wanted to know more about his life. Lisa was not the superficial type, if you were interesting, kind, funny and overall caring person you won her over and would be your friend for life. 

One day Bucky introduced Lisa to his other best friend Steve Rodgers and soon they became friends as well. Its been a year since Lisa and Bucky met and things couldn't be better, but she had to hide her feelings for Bucky because she didn't want to ruin such a great friendship if he didn't feel the same way so she kept her mouth shut. But Steve knew and he kept your secret. Then Bucky started dating Susan, they met at bar while the 3 of you were out having a night out. She seemed nice at first but you and Steve started to notice how distant and tired Bucky was when he started dating her. One day when you came to the compound to visit Bucky and Steve you heard yelling coming from the living room. You didn't want to interrupt so you walked to the room as quiet as you could, it was Bucky  on his phone and from what you could tell he seemed to be on the phone with Susan. "Baby I'm trying my best here, but there's only so many missions i can go on. I'm getting as money as I can you have to believe me." You started to get closer to understand what he was stalking about. "Yes I love you but this is getting to be too much for me, you want me to go on these missions and i haven't seen you in a month. I need a break from all this work." 

You tried to sneak by and get to Steve's room as fast as you could, you had to find out what was going on. Your best friend was exhausted and you couldn't understand why, you and steve had to get to the bottom of this. When you got to his room you knocked 3 times, you only waited for a few before he opened the door. 

"hey sweetie whats up? bucky is in the living room."

"I know i just snuck past him, steve something is going on with bucky and we need to know what it is. It sounded like he was on the phone with susan he was upset talking about how tired he was and that he is trying to get as much money as he can?" What is he talking about?"

"I dont know if Bucky ever told you but whenever we go on a mission we get paid a substantial amount of money." 

"Ok that doesn't matter to me at all, is that why he looks so depressed and tired? How many missions has he been on steve?"

"Ugh i believe 15 missions in the last month. I never really noticed it until you just asked me. We need to find out what is going on."

"Steve, do you think susan is using bucky for his money?"

"If she is we need to put a stop to this, we are his friends and you have a big heart for the guy. I know you don't want to see him hurting, neither do I. I want him be happy with you than that woman, I know you would treat him like a man should be treated"

"Lets get our Bucky back."
