9. Have we MET before?

"Sia?? Sia... kya ho raha hai... jaldi se doctor ko bulao... ANGREEEE!!!" (Sia... what is happening... call the doctor fast... ANGRE) Vansh was so hyper he couldn't think straight, he ran as fast as he could to Sia's room and was came to a standstill when he saw Sia taking heavy breaths and thrashing around in the bed, her eyes weren't open but she was clearly suffering and he couldn't think of anything to make it better.

His baby sister, the one who loved him the most, unconditionally. The one he could do anything for was dying in-front of him and he couldn't do anything he was so panicked he even tried to call the doctor himself but the phone fell out of his hand, Angre picked it up for him and called the doctor and asked him to reach there immediately.

Riddhima was sitting near Sia's legs trying to massage it and making her do some exercises that might help ease the situation, when she entered the room she was so grief stricken seeing Sia's state, Sia was the only one who supported her even after knowing her whole truth and she had been waiting for her to wake up so that Sia could help her with the situation, she came to her room everyday and talked heartily to her, sharing everything but also paying attention that no one else was listening.

She tried to gauge the situation being a Physiotherapist she had enough idea of medicine to diagnose the basic cause of issues at times and after some studying of Sia's body she realised Sia was having a major seizure and she immediately told Vihaan, who was so busy handeling the situation and barely gave a reply.

But Riddhima started thinking, seizures were usually caused by something like stress but being in coma Sia couldn't be stressed so it had to be an external source causing this. Dadi was wailing seeing Sia's situation and Vihaan was for some reason acting exactly like Vansh would in this situation. He was concerned for Sia like she was his own sister, and was trying to comfort dadi as much as he could.

After he couldn't think of anything to help Dadi's situation while trying to hold Sia down, he looked at Riddhima and pleaded with his eyes to help him diffuse the situation. Riddhima immediately took dadi out of the room and made her relax, she understood what Vihaan's eyes were trying to say in an instant, it was like a connection between them and before she could ponder over it, she shifted focus towards the grave situation at hand.

Angre came rushing with the doctor just when they had come out and Angre took the doctor  in the room, Riddhima stayed outside with dadi whilst all the other family members gathered around hurriedly. The wait for Sia's health updates seemed almost like forever, but finally the doctor came out followed by Angre, Riddhima heard a soft gasp from mummyji's mouth and turned around her to see her looking at the doctor with wide eyes and a look of horror while Kabir held her hand tight to support her, but he looked a little shaken himself, it was all so suspicious but Riddhima wasn't sure if anyone except her heard or noticed this because they were busy bombarding the doctor with questions about Sia.

The doctor was just about to reply when Vihaan came of the room and said, "Thankyou so much doctor, you came very fast and just on time or I don't know what would have happened." He said in Vansh's tone coming to stand near dadi and putting his hands around her to support her.

"Please Mr. Raisinghania, it's my duty. Moreover it's my pleasure that I got the chance to come to your house and serve you because my colleague was out of town. He always speaks highly of you." The doctor, a lady doctor, who wasn't the one who was their regular family doctor, said.

"Come, I'll introduce you to the family." Said Vihaan and starting introducing everyone to the doctor, the doctor seemed very polite and soft spoken, but nobody noticed what Riddhima did, when she reached mummyji, her greeting tone didn't change but there was a strange glint in her eyes, and mummyji seemed a little scared while trying to reply back to the doctor, whilst Kabir was rather indifferent.
