Chapter 4

{Zayn's POV}

"Avery truth or dare?" Louis asked. "T...Dare." She said nervously. "I dare you to kiss Niall." As he said that anger boiled up inside me. "No! I have a girlfriend thank you very much." Niall said. Thank god he told the truth. "Wait who's your girlfriend?" She asked. She might be a fan of our music but she doesn't know that much about us. "Mandy Bennett." He said with a huge smile. "So who else has a girlfriend?" She asked and Liam and Louis raised their hands. "My girlfriend is Danielle Peazer and Louis' girlfriend is Izzie Hudson." She nodded. "Okay, now can we get back to the game?" I asked a little annoyed. "Yeah sure." Harry said. "Wait what time is it?" Avery asked. "Only 8." I said checking my phone. "Do you have to be home at a certain time?" Louis asked her. "No. I just wanted to know." He looked at her confused then suggested we would play 'Would you Rather' instead of truth or dare. "Liam would you rather date Zayn or me?" Niall asked. "Um you." He said easily. "Wow thanks." I said laughing. "No problem." All of us were laughing because we never thought we'd hear Daddy Direction say anything like that. "Liam your turn." Harry said still caught in a fit of laughter. "Okay um Zayn would you rather date Harry or Avery?" All of the fans have been "shipping" Zarry since the Kiss You video came out because I kissed him at the end of it. "Avery." I said not even thinking about the question. She blushed and put her head down at the answer. "I thought what we had was special." Harry started pretending to cry, leaning onto Louis' shoulder. Everyone else was laughing at him.

{Avery's POV}

"Zayn would you rather date Harry or Avery?" Liam asked. "Avery." He answered almost instantly. I don't think he thought about that question. I blushed when he said that and put my head down. "I thought what we had was special." Harry said pretending to cry. He leaned on Louis' shoulder and everyone was laughing at him. "It's alright Harry I still love you." Zayn said patting him on the back. We were all still laughing. "Yay! I love you too!" Harry hugged Zayn. "Oh and it's your turn." Harry said still latched onto Zayn. "Right." He looked at all of us. "Avery would you rather date Harry or me." He had a little bit of a worried look on his face. "You." I said biting my lip. A smile of satisfaction was on his face afterwards as he nodded. "Guys I think I should get going." I started getting up. "I'll bring you home." Zayn said getting up behind me and grabbing the keys of the counter. I nodded and said goodbye and thank you to all of the boys and then Zayn and I were out the door and on our way. At first I was giving him instructions to get to my flat then we just had a normal conversation. "So you live by yourself?" He asked again making sure he heard me correctly. "Yes." I responded he nodded his head. "Do you have a job?" I shook my head. "I quit this morning. I was tired of being bossed around like I had no idea what I was doing when I've been working there for three years." He looked like he understood. "Do you want a job?" He asked me. "What is it?" I looked at him a bit confused. "To make a person from a boy band very happy." He had a smile on his face. "By doing what?" I asked. "By going on a date with me tomorrow. I'll pick you up around 2 and we will have fun. I promise." I took his phone and put my number in it. I nodded and he pulled up to my house. "I would love that." I said. I gave him a kiss on the cheek and got out of the car. "Text me." I said and he nodded with a smile on his face. I got inside and he drove off. All I was thinking was I can't wait for tomorrow.
