Christmas Eve

Carly,
I woke up and looked at the time it was 11:45 a.m., I didn't smell any good food being cooked. I grabbed my robe & walked downstairs to Daniel's mother holding a shot gun and looking at Kevin.

"Mama what the hell are you doing?!" I shouted at her which made her turn around.

"Who is this man laying on my furniture? Why is he in my house?"

"That's Kevin, Daniel's college buddy. He got hit by a car the other day and we picked him up from the hospital, he has no where else to go."

"Where is his family?" She asked putting her gun back in the closet.

"Father disowned him, his mother passed away, he's an only child."

"Oh my goodness that's so terrible. Well I guess it's okay for him to stay, but he better get to work I don't care if that leg is brok-" I cut her off because she was about to start her daily wake up clapping.

"Please stop you're not the best wake uper." She laughed and went into the kitchen to start cooking.

I tapped Kevin because he wasn't a heavy sleeper. As soon as I tapped him he woke up. He smiled at me with those big hazel eyes which made me melt.

"Good mornin' beautiful." He said stretching his arms and yawning.

"Good morning Kevin, so I got some news."

"Ight com' on wit' it."

"The only way you can stay here is that you gotta work a lot even with this broken leg."

"Ight that's coo' wit' meh.." He replied. I don't really think this is going to work he can't even take out no garbage to save his life.

"You sure because you can barely take the gar-" He cut me off knowing I hate that. He grabbed my arm.

"Babeh girl I can do it don't worry 'bout me, act like I ain't even here okay?" I need to stop listening to him say Babeh girl..I can't let him wrap me around his finger.

"Okay whatever, but please stop saying Baby" I sighed with a frustrating look on my face.

"Why? You don't like when I say that?" I started to walk away shaking my head, but before I got too far he pulled me back. "Babeh...Babeh...Babeh...Babeh.."

"Oh my god Kevin stop." I cried sticking out my lip.

"Ight Ight I quit...Babeh." We both started laughing, and to my surprise I actually laughed. He never made me laugh before I was always miserable with him. The laughs started to die down as he pulled me onto his lap.

"Kevin what are you doing?" He just stared into my eyes not saying a word. "Kev I forgive you, but I'm in a relationship now and I'm committed." I placed his hand on my belly. "I've started a life without someone else now and you gotta respect that." He looked away and I turned his head to look at me.

"Ion gotta look at ya for ya to hear meh man." He said snatching his head away from me.

"Okay Kevin, you're invisible for right now remember?" He didn't say anything so I pushed his head with my finger.

"Stop touching me." He said scrunching up his face.

"Or what?" He raised his eyebrows and grabbed my butt. I punched him in his chest. "Shit dat hurt fareal man I got Cancer and ya wanna put ya hands on me and break ma heart." I crossed my arms.

"That's not fair you can't play the Cancer card."

"I can play any-" Daniel came down the stairs and I hurried up and got off of Kevin's lap.

Daniel,

I patted Carly's side of the bed and she wasn't there. I looked at the time it was in the afternoon I had to hurry up and get ready. I walked down stairs and saw Carly on Kevin's lap, what the fuck?

"Alright Carly...you and your boyfriend cute low key." I said rubbing my head and walking back up stairs.

"Damn." I heard Carly mumble under her breathe.

I was in the shower just get started to wash my body when I hear the bathroom door open and close. "Carly I don't wanna be bothered with you go bother your boyfriend." She didn't say anything, I turned around to her naked in the shower with me. She smirked and giggled. "What's funny your pregnant ass ain't getting go ask your boyfriend for some." I said pointing to my "D."

"You really want me to get out and leave." She shrugged her shoulders about to get out, but I pulled her back stopping her.

"Naw stay baby." I said as she shocked her head. She pulled my waist closer with her short ass, I started to place kisses on her neck as she let out slight moans.

It was dinner time and I already felt some tension between Carly and Bianca. They've been arguing all day and I'm really getting tired of it.

"Excuse you're in my seat." Bianca said mean mugging Carly.

"I don't see your name on it..You live here?" She's asked.

"Bitch I don't have to live here this is my mother's house." I looked over at Mama De her face was turning red and she was holding the bridge of her nose.

"Baby come sit next to me." Bianca's baby daddy said pulling out a chair next to him.

"You so lucky it's Christmas and I'm pregnant because right about now I would have stomped your ugly ass." Carly said laughing.

"Just stop already!" Daniel yelled hitting the kitchen table. Everyone paused. "Can we at least have one Christmas without you fucking something up Bianca, it's always you. And for crying out loud it's children at this table they don't wanna hear all of that."

"Aye bro, watch how you talking to my girl." Quincy exclaimed.

"And I'm tired of your ghetto wanna be pimp ass, get the fuck out all you wanna do is ruin my little sister's life. So get the fuck out cause you a stranger, Bianca, me, Carly, mama, pops, Carlos, Jordan, Kevin, Noah, & Terrance don't know you goodbye." Daniel said waving his hand.

"So you just gon' sit there and let him talk to me like that B?" Bianca didn't respond. "Aight coo', but don't come looking for me when you need money for that hoe ass baby." He started shaking his hand. "Don't kiss your daughter when you know you got dick on your mouth." Daniel instantly knocked Quincy out making him fall back. He continued to punch him in his face as blood was running from his nose.

"Danny Stop! You're hurting him!" Bianca screamed. Terrance and Carlos got up pulling Daniel off of him.

"Man get off of me for real." He scrunched his face up snatching his way out of their grips. I raised my glass up looking at the time it was already 10:30.

"Well some much for a Christmas Eve get together." I chuckled. "Merry Christmas Eve everyone."
