Lost

Chapter 1

Lyndy had a rough time settling into her new house. She was used to having all of her family around. It was even more rough on her with Amy gone at a horse clinic in New York. But she was happy to have her dad. 

One Saturday afternoon Lyndy was taking a nap. And Ty was in the kitchen working. He got up and made a cup of coffee, he looked at the counter and saw a picture of Lyndy riding her horse so happy.  Ty then came up with a plan.

He decided to surprise Lyndy with a horse back ride. He planned it all out. He got a picnic basket ready and went out to the barn. He set everything up and set the picnic basket down in the barn office and tacked up his and Lyndy's horse.

Then he went inside to go wake Lyndy up. He walked into her room.

Ty got next to Lyndy and rubbed her back.

" Lyndy, I got a surprise for you." Ty said

Lyndy shot straight up outta bed.

" You have a surprise for me daddy?" Lyndy said with a big smile on her face

" Yes I do. Come on do you wanna see it?" Ty asked

" Yes I do" Lyndy said with a smile.

" Ok, go get your boots and jeans on." Ty said

" Are we going to go play in the dirt?" Lyndy asked with a huge smile on her face

" Maybe, just come on" Ty said with a huge smile on his face

Lyndy got up and changed into her jeans and boots and ran outside.

Ty was waiting for Lyndy.

" Alright, let's go. But you need to close your eyes." Ty said

Lyndy closed her eyes and grabbed Ty's hand and he led her to their barn.

Inside the barn**

" Alright Lyndy, open your eyes in 3, 2, 1" Ty said

On one Lyndy opened her eyes. She looked confused for just a second until she realized that she was going to a horseback ride.

" Daddy, are we going on a horseback ride?" Lyndy asked

" Yes, yes we are." Ty said with a smile.

" Yay!" Lyndy shouted

" Alright Lyndy, lets get you up on your horse." Ty said

Ty picked up Lyndy and  put her on her horse.

" Lyndy I forget something, I will be right back." Ty said walking off to the barn office.

Lyndy decided that it would be fun to ride off.

Ty walked back into the barn part where the horses are. But Lyndy wasn't there.

" Lyndy!" Ty yelled
