Chapter 15

Ty and Amy are now on the porch.

" Ty, I have been thinking about what you said. So I was thinking we could get away for a couple of days and we could talk it out." -Amy

" Amy, you don't even really know what the problem is. Which is making me even more mad. Amy you are never here, even when you are here it's like your in another world. This past month you have picked your feelings over Lyndy which is not fair."

" Ty, what are you saying?" -Amy said while you could here her fighting back her tears

" I think we need a divorce." -Ty

" Daddy!?" -Lyndy called from inside

Ty just looked at Amy and went inside to Lyndy.

Amy went and sat down in one of the chairs on the front porch and sobed quietly to herself.

Ty picked up Lyndy and took her to Amy and Ty's room and layed her back down and stayed by her side until she fell back asleep. Ty packed a bag for him and Lyndy.
Amy came back inside with tears running down her cheek.
At that moment Ty walked into the kitchen with Lyndy asleep and a bag on his back.

Jack, Lou, Tim, and Amy were all in the kitchen.

" Ty where are you taking her?" -Amy said still sort of crying

" To a hotel, I can't stay here and I am definitely not staying in our house." -Ty said walking out

" Ty please don't go." -Amy

Ty just looked at Amy and walked out of the house and left with Amy.

" Amy, what just happened?"  -Jack

" Ty wants a divorce. " -Amy said crying

Lou went up to Amy and hugged her.

" Shh, it's ok honey." -Lou

" You and Ty will work it out I'm sure." -Jack

" No, no, no. This is not happening. Ty is going to get his marbles together. You too aren't getting divorced." -Tim

" Dad, do not go talk to Ty. It will make everything much worse." -Amy

" Let's just talk about this in the morning, Amy needs her rest." -Lou

" Yeah, you're right. Can I stay here? It feels weird to stay at that house." -Amy

" Of course, you can stay in my room with me Amy." -Lou

Tim goes back to his ranch, Jack goes to bed. That leaves Lou and Amy in the kitchen.

" Hey Amy it's getting late let's go to bed." -Lou

" I will in a minute." -Amy

" Ok, just don't stay up to late." -Lou

Lou went to bed and that left Amy in the kitchen.

Amy got up and went to the cabinet. She opened the cabinet and grabbed the bottle of whiskey that was in the cabinet.
She sat down with it and a cup and started drinking it.

12:45 a.m.

Amy ended up drinking the whole bottle and whiskey and stood up to go to bed. She went to go put up her glass and dropped it. Next thing she knows Jack is now in the kitchen.

Jack turns the kitchen light on.

" What is going on in here?" -Jack

Amy was clearly drunk.
Jack walks off and goes and gets Lou.
Lou helps Amy back to Lou's bedroom and they go to sleep.

The next morning**

The Hotel Ty and Lyndy were at.

Ty was up before Lyndy woke up and thought to himself that it wasn't right how he treated Amy.
Ty pulls his phone out and calls Amy.
There was no answer.

Ty thought that was a little weird because Amy was usually up by that time.
He didn't put much thought into it though because he knew that he came down a little hard on her.
Ty left her a message to call her when she could.
Ty decided to watch some TV until Lyndy woke up.
