009: Kyoka

            — "You did well." Kurenai smiled to the four who got themselves the flags, Hinari fought- though it became one sided- Kakashi, Kiba fought Asuma, Hinata lost but manage to get the flag from Hera, and Shino lastly fought Hana.

"I know we have foes but I didn't know it was the Jonin!" Kiba whined

"Stop barking Kiba, of course you'll have to fight someone stronger than you.." Hinari sighed

"Tomorrow we'll have a simple mission, so make sure you guys get ready." Kurenai uttered, all nodded. Their sensei finally dismissed the group.

The very next day, Hinari woke up and went downstairs to the kitchen and saw Neji already cooking bacon and eggs for them.

"Good morning Nii-san." She greeted and kissed his cheeks, he nodded and gestured her to sit.

"So? Who's your teammates? Are they strong?" Neji questioned

"For now I don't think so, there's a guy who always carries a dog. A weird male that wears glasses and always has bugs in him, and lastly, a girl who doesn't have any self confidence and always give up- long story short, Hinata became my teammate." Hinari answered, sighing.

"Hah- so the spoiled brat's in your team eh." He scoffed and placed the food in front of her, Hinari picked up a fork and slightly nodded.

"....Yeah." she hesitantly replied, nibbling her food.

The silence took over as they eat, neither of them wanted to speak with each other. Hinari finished first than him, she stood up and placed the plate on the sink. She checked her weapons first before turning back to Neji.

"I'll go now, I have mission today." She bid her goodbye to him and exited the room then the house.

After arriving at the Academy where they'll receive their mission, she slowly approach her team.

"You're late Hinari." Kurenai stated.

"I know that, no need to tell me." She replied and entered the academy, going towards the mission room where they spotted the Hokage and Iruka towards the main desk.

"Hokage-sama." They all bowed, stopping a meter away from the desk.

"Today, for your first mission will be D-rank. You have to find this child name Kyoka, she's 10 years old, and a bit of a prankster. Today, she and her mom- the daughter in law of the feudal lord arrived here to have some alone time when her daughter suddenly disappeared. Most likely to prank and make her mom panic, but we're certain she's around the village. Can I entrust you with this mission?" He questioned, the four nodded.

"Here's her photo." Iruka then handed them a photo of a kid, a girl with ash blonde hair, the front part of her hair was reaching her shoulder while the rest covered her knees. Her eyes were colored purple, wearing a kimono and other jewelry that loudly indicates her wealthiness.

"A rich kid." Kiba mumbled

"Spoiled probably..." Hinari added

"Come on you four, let's go." Kurenai said, all nodded.

"Hinari." Hokage's voice reached her ears, it made the female instinctively go back in front of the Hokage and kneel.

"Yes?" She answered

"Get your knees off the ground, I just want to check if you're going to be okay for a simple mission." He uttered, only enough for Iruka, Hinari, and Hokage himself to hear.

"I'll be fine Hokage-sama, this mission is a piece of cake. I'll make sure to accomplish it." She declared before walking out the room.

"I could've find her easily if I know her scent." Kiba sighed as he and Hinari walk around the village.

"Can't be help, the mother was in the hospital, unconscious. We won't able to ask permission to track her using the scent she has." Hinari said, looking around with her Byakugan.

"Ah- how many meters can you see with your eyes? Hinata said she can see at least 75 meters." Kiba asked the female

"I don't know... Maybe 80 I don't know meters, if I focus it'll be farther" She answered, Kiba's jaw dropped.

"That's amazing!!" He gasped

Hinari nodded while focusing her chakra on her eyes to see much further, they were about near the training grounds where she spotted Team 7 with Kakashi. She tried to look further the training grounds and finally saw a little girl perfect for the description that was in the photo being held by Kiba.

She pressed her earpiece and spoke. "Hinari here, I spotted the girl. She's in the training grounds number three, deeper in the forest, near the lake." She announced

"Kurenai here, I'm nowhere near the grounds so I will let you handle it"

By that, Hinari started jumping from roof to roof nearing the grounds. Upon entering, she spotted Sasuke being buried in the ground by Kakashi.

"Yo Hinari." Kakashi greeted, spotting Hinari right above them, she land on the nearby tree and waved her hands.

"Sorry, mission." She simply replied before jumping once again, after jumping a lot of times, she finally arrived at the location where Kyoka is.

"Hey kid, time to go home." Hinari spoke, Kyoka look up and started to cry.

"Kyaaaah!! Thank you!" She hugged the female who cringed and gently pushed her away.

"Yeah, let go of me." She said, the kid nodded and let go.

"How did you even ended up here?" Kiba asked, arriving with Shino and Hinata.

"I just thought I should prank mom, but I got lost and ended up here." She sobbed

Hinata approached her and gave her a handkerchief.

"It's fine now, we're here.. we'll bring you back to your mom." Hinata reassured the kid, Hinari rolled her eyes and walked away. Kiba and Shino followed behind while Hinata and Kyoka waited for a while before following.

"I saw Naruto being tied up, is he gonna be okay?" Kiba asked, not worried but rather, eager to know if he's going to fail.

"It's Kakashi, their sensei. That guy haven't pass any students yet, so yeah, he'll be okay." Hinari replied, exiting the grounds before taking a glimpse of the team talking to Kakashi.

'i'll like it better if I'm in their team, Kakashi-nii as my sensei and those three as my teammates hmm.. like that idea.'
