Sam on the side (obviously)
Ricky's POV
After class, I walked up to Dylan and Sam. "We need to do the project." I told her. She looked up at Sam, terrified. "We can do it at our house." he said. Our? I thought they were dating. "Babe, we need to go." Dylan whispered. Why doesn't she talk for herself unless it's to him? "Follow us, I want to get this over with." Sam muttered. I followed them to their lockers which were right next to each other. Weird. They opened it and my eyes widened at the pictures. They were of each other and photo booth style pictures. There were also some pictures of bands. "Don't forget your helmet baby." Dylan said. Sam nodded and pulled out a motorcycle helmet. Dylan pulled out a leather jacket with her name on the back. She put it on and grabbed a helmet also. She put it on, closing her locker. "Only 1 more year then we can leave this town." he whispered. "Let's go." he said lowly. He grabbed her hand gently. I swear he's bipolar. They walked in the empty halls and I followed awkwardly behind. They opened the doors and we walked out. I got looks from Jc and Drew. "Yo! Sam! Dylan!" A guy said. "Yo, Kian! How you doing?" Dylan asked hugging him. "Good." he replied. "Who are you?" He asked. "He's just some new guy." Sam said. "Ricky!" Jc said as him and Drew came up to me. "What do you want freaks?" Sam asked. Freaks? "Nothing from you emos." Drew said glaring at Dylan. She hid behind Sam. "Can't even defend herself." I heard the head cheerleader snicker. "Baby. Let's go. Mom's probably worried." Dylan said pulling Sam's arm. "Ok baby." he said. He walked her to a motorcycle and motioned me to follow. "Let's go." he said. He handed her a pair of keys. She got on the motorcycle starting it. "Last one there has to do the dishes." she said before speeding off. "Come on freak, I don't want to do the dishes again." Sam said, getting on what I'm assuming is his motorcycle. I got into my car and followed him. 5 minutes later, we pulled into a long drive way. This isn't what I expected. "Let's get this over with." I sighed, getting out of the car. "I don't like him." I heard Dylan say to Sam. "Me neither but baby, we have to do this. I can't trust him with a beautiful girl like you." he said wrapping his arms around her. "Ew! Get a room freaks!" I heard a girl say. I looked over at her and my eyes widened. She goes to our school, she's a cheerleader I think. "At least I can get a boyfriend instead of sleeping around like you, slut." Dylan said. "Guys actually want me instead of some emo he-she." "I'm a guy, not a drag queen like you." Sam said. "Mom isn't home, you two will be alone. Don't get pregnant, the world suffers enough with you two." she said, shoving past them. "Dickhead! Let's go!" Sam shouted at me, he picked Dylan up and ignored her protests. He ran inside and I followed them. "Bitch! Put me down!" Dylan shouted. "Never slut!" Sam said and opened the door. They have a weird relationship. "Ok, so what do you want to write about?" Dylan asked, turning to me. "I don't know. I think it should be a tragedy." I shrugged. "Like a modern Romeo and Juliet?" She asked. I nodded. "Ok. So, I'll obviously be Juliet. I don't look good as a guy." she said. "Oh, do you want anything to drink or eat?" She asked. "No thanks." I said. She nodded and got up. She came back with a plate of cookies. "My mom left them, I like cookies." she said and set them down. She picked one up and ate it. "I'm going out, give you two a place to work." Sam said, getting up and walking out, slamming the front door. "What's his problem?" I asked. She shrugged. "Probably just a side effect of his pills." she said and pulled out her laptop. "Ok. So, I guess I can type, unless you want to." she said looking at me. "You can. So, the setting?" I asked. "Well, people don't really have castles anymore, so I was thinking maybe a high school." she shrugged. "Ok, should it be like their high schools are rivals?" "And they meet at a homecoming game against each other?" She added. "Yeah that sounds good." I nodded. "Slut." I heard Sam mutter as he comes in. "Back already?" I ask. "Get out." Sam says staring at me.
