I was lying on my bed, when I got a call. It was Oliver; the most perfect boy in the world. I love him so much. But, today could be the day that I finally become his soulmate. I pick up the phone.
“Hello?” I answer
“Hi, this is Oliver. Can you come to the ice cream parlor over by main street?” He inquired.
“Sure, why not. Be there soon. Bye”
"Bye"
Ok, all I have to do is put on make up and an outfit, and I can be out of here.
"Hey mom?" I yell down the stairs.
" Ya, sweetie?" she replies
"How long will it take me to get to the ice cream palor down by main street?"
"About 15 minutes. Why?"
"You remember that Oliver guy I was talking about right?"
"Did he ask you to come?"
"Ya"
"Ok, have fun."
Oh my gosh, my mom is the best. I got ready,and was out the door by 12:45. Perfect timing. When I get there, Oliver was waiting for me outside. We get our ice cream, and sit down.
"Look Penelope, I've been meaning to ask you something."
"Yeah, what is it?"
