Keonhee, Leedo, Seoho, Ravn and Xion grab hands as best as they can. They can hear the ruckus on the deck above. They can hear the screams of the new prisoners. Whoever they are...where is Hwanwoong? Hopefully he isn't one of them. That is all they can think about as they exchange nervous glances.
"Hwanwoong's gonna save us, right?" Xion questions, his eyes large and wide open.
"He better," Ravn growls and looks down at the chains clamped around his wrists. "I'm getting sick of being restrained by chains for hours on end."
Seoho and Leedo share a look with one another and nod.
"What if he doesn't come?" Keonhee questions. "He was too distracted by his own evil scheme to destroy ATEEZ. I doubt he cares about us anymore."
"He's got to," Seoho says, hopeful. "He's got to come and come for us."
"Then we shall hold onto the little scrap of hope that we have," Leedo says, putting a hand comfortingly on Seoho's.
Seoho sniffles and looks around the eerie dungeon.
"All I know is that we're about to have some company," Ravn snarls. "And it better not be Hwanwoong."
"It's not Hwanwoong, Ravn," a voice sneers through the dark. "Don't be such a pessimist."
"Then who is it?" Ravn snaps, throwing his chained wrists down to his sides and making them jangle noisily.
The voice snickers. "Jung Wooyoung and Choi Jongho." A tall, slender pirate with messy dark brown dreads poking out from his head steps out of the shadows and grabs the metal bars of the cell. He presses his scowling face in the middle of two bars, with a snarky smirk. There is a nasty scar racing across the corner of his mouth.
"Jay Z..." Ravn growls, refusing to budge from his spot.
"Oh, pretty Korean boy, don't be so upset to see me," Jay Z sneers through the bars.
Ravn glares at him. "I have every right to be upset to see you."
Jay Z spins away, giving a low whistle. "Things will be better now that Captain Kanye captured the one he was seeking. We can dispose of the waste."
"Waste?" Xion echoes, looking fearfully at Leedo.
Leedo frowns. "We're not waste!" He stomps a foot on the ground in anger.
"You are now," Jay Z snarls. "As well as this guy." He gestures as two men bring a struggling and grunting Wooyoung toward the cell across from where the five men are imprisoned.
"W-what is this?" Wooyoung shouts out, as his eyes land on the group. His wrists are still bound together by rope.
Jay Z stumbles over as Wooyoung is shoved into the cell. "Name's Jay Z, the official-unofficial prison watcher. Don't think about talking me into letting you go or thinking about escaping."
The door to the cell bangs shut and is locked.
Wooyoung screams. "This isn't fair! I can't be double tortured like this! Can you at least take the ropes off?!"
Jay Z snickers and puts a hand on the bars, leaning and looking at Wooyoung. "Sucks to be the princess, eh?"
Wooyoung glares at him. "I'm NOT a princess!"
Jay Z snorts. "Whatever you say."
Wooyoung looks across at Seoho, Leedo, Keonhee, Xion and Ravn.
"Hey, douchebag, is the reason you belittle us and restrain us, because you couldn't handle fighting us fair and square?" Ravn calls out.
"Actually, I think he's worried we'd end up escaping and beating him to a pulp," Leedo tacks on.
Jay Z rolls his eyes and storms toward the shadows. He mumbles to himself, "Come on and give me the signal..."
