Chapter 7: Learning about Parker

Peyton's POV:
When the fight began, we was all waiting for Parker to come to our table. But he didn't, instead from the corner of my eye, some boys were picking on them. But soon after that, it all happened in a flash; and BOOM a fight broke out. Parker charged at the group of boys and tackled the one in the center and just kept going at it. He kept yelling "why did you do that!?" over and over again. Everyone at the table all shared the same shocked face. For me, i couldn't believe my eyes at all! Parker was beating the hell out of this guy!

Reminder: Never mess with Parker or you'll get hurt really bad.

Soon after, the principal and someone else had came up to the both of them, and separated the boys. The guy that had been attacked was full of bruises, cuts, a black eye, and just looked like he just went through hell.

Parker on the other hand, had this intense anger showed in his eyes. I didn't like that look in his eyes, his eyes were too beautiful to be full of anger. I guess whatever goes on between the other boy and parker must be really harsh when they are in contact. The two boys were sent to the office, and we didn't see them after that.

Soon after that, the cafeteria went back to chatter and eating. Before school ends, i might ask one of the guys what's going on between Parker and the other boy. It looked really serious when the fight broke out. I just hope Parker is at least okay.

It was time for 6th period, and still no sign of Parker coming back, but considering he did get sent to the office cause of the fight, he probably went home. I still gotta ask someone in our friend group what was going on and why did Parker even fight that person.

I sigh, and turn my attention to Mrs. Ryder and catch up on whatever i missed from the lesson. I can think about the fight later.

The bell rang, and i packed my things back into my backpack and headed into the noisy hallway, just to catch someone to answer my unanswered question i still has lingered in my mind.

Best to my luck, i got caught up with Alec and Kasper, who was walking together talking; and heading to exit the school. I pushed by some people, and reached them. I tapped them and they both turned and faced me.

"Hey Peyton. What's up?" Kasper asked. "i wanted to ask you both something." i responded. "What is it?" Alec asked with a somewhat concerned-confused look in eyes. "umm...do y'all know what happened between Parker and that other boy? or why they started fighting? who even is that boy?"

Kasper answered my questions by saying, "what happened as you could see, Parker got into a fight with the other boy whose name is Ian. The cause of the fight was because Ian and his stupid little minions were trying to pick on Parker. It only started cause Ian pushed Parker for no reason. And as you could tell, Parker and Ian HATE each other with a hateful passion-"

"why?" i asked curiously, cutting him off. Kasper and Alec shared a sadden look before Kasper answered before answering again. "Did Parker come out to you? or are you the only one that he didn't tell yet?" Kasper asked unsure. "no..? He came out to the school?!". Kasper chuckled in a sadden amusement. "Yeah, he did come out. He first came out to us as a whole, and we all had a sleepover to welcome him and be happy for him..it was the best. Remember Alec?" Kasper turned to Alec with a smile. Alec returned the smile, and nodded. "It was the best sleepover and we were all so happy, especially Parker." Alec said. "mhm, and then when Parker came to a decision to come out to the whole school, we all were supportive with his decision, and so the next day...he stood up on our table and announced to the whole cafeteria that he wanted to say loud and proud that he was Pansexual and that he also had 2 mom's and he didn't give a single shit about any homophobic comments. The whole cafeteria cheered and congratulated him for coming out with such a big decision...But soon..." Kasper trailed off and held his head down.
