As I walked out Jahseh opened the car door for me. He then started to drive off.

"Where are we going?" I questioned

"I'm takin you to meet my people" he answered. My nerves immediately kicked in.

"Nooooo Jahseh why didn't you tell me?" I whined

"Cuz I knew that you were not gonna wanna go so I just didn't tell you but it's too late now"  he chuckled

"Oh my god" I panicked

"It's alright mama" he placed his hand on my thigh. I jumped at his action cuz it took my back to what I went through with Alante.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you" he apologized

"It's okay" I assured him. We continued to converse. He drove in a neighborhood. It was really nice. My nerves started to kick in all over again cuz I knew we were almost there. I seen a lot of men who looked like they're in gangs.

"Are these gang bangers?" I questioned

"Yeah. Don't worry they not gon do bun to you" he assured me. He pulled up in front of a big house that was really nice in her outside. I took a deep breath before opening the car door.

"Aye" Jahseh blurted out. I looked at him.

"Close that" he ordered, referring to the door. I closed the door. He then got out and opened it for me. I laughed at his cuteness. We walked up to the house and he put a key in the door, unlocking it. It smelled good in there. I heard laughter and voices close by.

"Aye" Jahseh hollered. He then made his way to the kitchen where I seen some boys and girls.

"Aye this is Zymone" Jahseh introduced

"Hi" I waved shyly. They all greeted me. They introduced themselves as Ski, Thunder, Killer, Da Boss, Bass, Jah'ziyah, Jahleena, Melody, Anthem, and Lucy. These were the boys' street names but they also told me their real names which. Isn't important right now. Jahseh's street name is bullet and they all agreed to refer to me as 'Lil Z'. They were all getting to know me and I was getting more comfortable with them by the minute.

"You still in school" Ski asked

"I graduated early" I answered

"Oh so you a lil smart one?" Da Boss says

"No. I'm actually really slow" I joked but it was the truth. That made everyone laugh. I really liked everyone and we all got along well.
