Hi my name is Sophia, I live in La California in a pretty large house, I work at a music store down the street, I'm 20 years old and today is my 21th birthday. I've been praying that my mom or sister would get me a drum set since I've been wanting one my whole life but they cost a lot so I get it. But my party's at 3:00 and all of my friends are coming and I payed for a band online to come. I'm not really sure who they are but I listened to some of their music and they sounded amazing and hoping they might give me some tips I play guitar and I've been playing some drums but not much since I don't have my own drum set. But I play sometimes at the shop near closing hours. The party's about to start in a hour and the band is supposed to be here soon and I just finished setting everything up and the food just got here.
"Hey..oh damn sorry didn't mean to scare you" someone said behind me making me jump
"Oh, it's okay just didn't know you guys were here yet, sorry didn't even introduce myself I'm Sofia but you can just call me sofi" I said shaking his hand
"That's okay I'm Sam and that's Katrina, Colby, and Jake" he said pointing to the girl with blue hair and the two guys picking up a keyboard out of a trunk
"Nice to meet you all, you can just set up over their" I said pointing to the platform that I'd set up
"Cool uhm well start setting up and oh happy birthday" Sam Said walking back over to the car to help grab stuff
"Hey I'm kat" the blue haired women said shaking my hand
"Nice to meet you I'm Sofi" I said
"Happy birthday you're turning 21 right?" She asked
"Oh uh yeah how'd you know" I asked nervously laughing
"The banner" she said laughing and pointing at the banner I had put up
"Oh sorry I'm so stupid" I said laughing
"All good, so when's the party starting?" She asked me
"At three but my mom and sister are coming early cause they said they have a surprise for me" I said excited
"That's sick what do you think it is?" She wondered from seeing my excitement
"Well I'm really hoping that they bought me a dumb set I mean I've been wanting one since I was like 11 years old" I said getting really excited just thinking about it
"Holy shit that sounds amazing maybe you can play with us if you get one, we've been looking for a drummer" she said
"Oh my god that would be fucking incredible!" I said a little bit to loud and excited that all of her band mates started staring at me
"Sorry" I said looking at them
They laughed and went back to setting up And Katrina said she was gonna go help so I finish setting up the food and decorations.
~Half an Hour Later~
"Hey Sofia" I heard my mom say coming in
"Hey Mom just a second" I said getting up to go over and hug her
"Hey sista" my sister said coming is behinds her with a long box
"Hey what's that?" I asked pointing to the box
"just your birthday present from mom and I" she said walking over to place it on a table
"Is that the band?" My sister asked poin ting at them
"Uhm yeah why?" I said
"Uh because their hot" she said
I bursted out laughing at the way she said it. All of a sudden we started hearing a guitar playing ~I just wanna feel you're body right next to mine all night long baby slow down the song~ . I looked up to see a guy with blue and black hair and blue eyes, tall and somewhat skinny. I wondered if that was Colby or Jake since I never really talked to the other guys than Sam. My sister was right they are hot.
