Band Mates// A Colby Brock story

Book 1 : Chapter 5

Colby's POV
"Guys we really need to help her" I said walking up to the group who was still standing by the bonfire

"It's are dad isn't it?" Her sister said turning around

I rubbed the back of my neck

"Yeah I think so" I said looking up at her

"Let me talk to her" she said

I nodded and she walked away to go over to their tent. I sat their trying to think of how to make it better but like she said I don't know what it's like my parents have always been their sure they got into fights but all parents do. And I have no idea how it feel like to lose them I can't imagine what she had to go through. I just wish I could help, I barely even know this girl and yet I want to help her so bad.

"You Colby do you realize how crazy this is?" Sam said nudging my arm

"Yeah..it really is" I said in reply

"Yo we should ask her if we could film an episode here" Sam said getting hyped

"Woah bro you have no clue how she's feeling about this right now.. don't even think about it" I said getting irritated that he even thought that was a good idea.

"Youre right..sorry dumb idea, damn think of the views bro" Sam said

He was right this would get so many views. But it's not worth hurting her. It's not worth getting hurt.

"We probably should get some sleep we still have gigs to do." I said trying get all are minds off it

"Yeah I'm pretty tired anyways" Jake said rubbing his tired eyes

"See you guys in the morning" Sam said grabbing Katrina's had and walking over to their tent

"You too better not do what I think you will" I yelled as they ducked down into their tent

Sam let Kat in first then turned around and gave us a wink and sipped up the tent door. Jake and I headed back to are tent and we all ended up falling asleep.

The next morning we all woke up to a loud scream. I knew who it was just from the sound of their voice, she had gone back into the house.

"What's that sound?" Jake said sitting up and rubbing his face awake

"I think it's Sofi" I said rushing and getting up and out of the tent

I looked all around when I ran into the house to find her, she was no where in sight.

"Sofi" I yelled to see if I could get her to answer back

No answer. I called a few more times till I found her sitting on her couch With a dumb founder look on her face.

"What happened" I asked sitting down next to her rubbing her back 

"I think something closed the door and it making a bunch of noise" said said freaking out

I got up and opened the door for a little brown cat come out as soon as I opened it.

"Max! You scared me!" She said getting up and grabbing him

"Max?" I said confused on how I didn't know their was a cat in the house

"Yeah he's my cat I completely forgot he was in their" she said giggling and cuddling the cat

We both laughed about how scared she got about the cat and we both walked into the kitchen. It was trashed, cabinet doors opened trash spilt on the floor. It was a disaster. Sofi sighed and then proceeded to pick up stuff on the floor and putting it back in the cabinets. I immediately walked over to help her.
