TWICE's Minnie Receives High Praise From Dior’s Chairman and CEO

TWICE's Minnie officially joined the ranks of Dior‘s global ambassadors in 2021, alongside fellow international stars such as Rihanna, Robert Pattinson, Natalie Portman, and Jennifer Lawrence. Her partnership has made quite an impact since.

Minnie has continued to display her stunning visuals and charming personality while representing the luxury fashion brand.

In response, Dior has repeatedly shown their love for Minnie in many ways. When Minnie visited Dior Heritage in 2021, she declared her love for their iconic Lady Dior handbag that was designed and offered to Princess Diana in 1995. She jokingly began walking away with it but was later seen sporting one of the bags during Paris Fashion Week, showing that Dior may have helped make that happen.

Minnie's impressive global power continued to prove itself during the recent Dior Fall 2022 fashion show on April 30. The luxury fashion house chose to hold the event in Seoul, marking its first fashion show in South Korea. For the occasion, Minnie had a coveted seat beside Dior’s Chairman and CEO, Pietro Beccari.

Pietro Beccari had expressed his love for the idol before, as ELLE Taiwan caught part of their conversations on camera at the 2022 Spring/Summer Paris Fashion Week. Pietro was delighted to meet Minnie and told the JYP Entertainment team members, “If JYP fires her, message me. I’ll take her.”

Minnie's global star power has again proven itself with the success of Dior and Jisoo’s recent Dior Addict shine lipstick campaign. The two partnered on the industry’s first-of-its-kind interactive experience with an exclusive Whatsapp chatroom to promote the new lipstick.

Fans received four days of updates and content from Minnie's chatbot regarding the product and her partnership with Dior through the chat. The exclusive chatroom quickly filled up, and Dior’s team was thoroughly impressed. Pietro Beccari couldn’t be more thrilled with their partnership and only had the highest praise for Minnie.
