Dream was in the guest room in Diluc's place during the night, Why? Because his house is still in need of checking if spirits are still roaming around the house. At first He though it might be Bennett due to his bad luck ironic happens, But he knows it's not him but it's himself. You see Dré here has a ghost following him for a while and sure he didn't mind but people sometimes take it to seriously. The Ghost is actually friendly when you know them. He and the ghost would often help eachother whenever it is needed, so there would be no issues to fight eachother.

So you can say Dré and the ghost were just are pretty chill with each other. Dré would even be nice to make food for the ghost and hangout with them. The reason why they are checking his house is because their is a new entity in the building and it is not a friendly one, it was one of the spirits of a fatui experiment coming to haunt the fatui but ended up following Dream to his house and got  trapped in Dré's house so yeah. The knights told him he has to stay with someone for a while and because he has gotten sick recently so yeah that's the other reason why he's there.

~Diluc pov~
I'm in my room reading a book Dream suggested to read awhile back it was a book he brought from his home. So I borrowed it and  started to read it. Till I heard coughing from the guest room. I quickly closed the book, placed the book on the bed then ran  downstairs to the guest room. I almost slipped and fell on the stairs, I  managed to react in time and made it to the guest room. There I saw Dream in the bed coughing.

~ 3rd pov ~

Dré : *coughs rapidly*

Luc : Dream! * Shuts door gently and quickly walked to him* Are you alright?

Dré : Yeah I'm- *coughs* - Fine *continues coughing* I Just need some water .

Luc : Alright sit up and drink your  water, I need to give you your meds.

Dré : Okay.

Dream and Diluc  talked for a while he checked if Dré was okay.

Luc : Alright, you seemed okay for now. We just have to wait a few more days till you get better.

Dré : * Throws his arms above his head in happiness* Hooray!

Luc : Right now you need to rest in bed and continue taking your meds and eating properly.

Dré : *throws his arms back down in sadness* Awww I hate staying inside.

Luc : *pats his back * I know

Dré : It's so boring here there isn't much fun indoors.

Luc : Yeah I know. Hey wanna read that book you let me borrow?

Dré : Okay!

And that's how Dré's sick days go
