Howard's pov

Yesterday, Steve and I talked about a lot of things. I explained to him how things work now, what happened after he went to the ice. How Peggy and I confess our love to each other.

He tried so hard to don't look sad, but he failed. I really felt sad for him. Peggy was the only woman that loved him.

After Tony left working for Natasha, she returned to her bad habits, drinking more, having many night stands. She doesn't focus on work, doesn't really care much about the things, every assistant we got to her, ended up in her bed. Her and her father fought a lot about that, everytime she tells him that she will stop, that she will change and... move on, her father tried to believe her, he really tried. I didn't know that she loved him that much.

Now, I'm in the helicopter, with others because there is a guy, His name is Loki, brother of Thor?, He took the tesseract, one of our best agents Clint Barton and Prof. Selvig, Loki killed some of our agents. He has the tesseract, and we can't let him take- He already did.We didn't have any other way to catch him. Our helicopter just got destroyed and we didn't have any other way to follow him.

Coulson took out his phone and then he put his phone on his ears.

"Mr Parker"

"Hey coulson! wassup' ? "

"I need you in a mission"

"I would love to but sadly as you know I'm in a break from work and..."

"It's an emergency, there is some guy called loki took the tesseract, he mind controlled Selvig and agent Barton, you have to call iron man, I also need him to visit an old friend"

"You mean..." Tony paused and sighed Why do you want him to?"

"I told you before that she is in the avengers initiative, now you have to contact her as fast as possible, I will send to you the informations about the team to show her, now I have to go, there is a big guy I have to ask help from"

After Phil ended the call, he told us, me and Nick, that he have to go to the 'big guy', at this moment, I realised that something really big will happen, something unforgettable. Something that will leave a mark in history, as Selvig told us before, Thor is an alien... A god actually, Of course Loki is a god too. He has an army, an army of aliens like that one in the movies, I don't even know if we will survive this or not but what I know that we will do all we can, we will try our best, no matter what, whatever it takes.

Tony's pov

After Phil ended the call, I looked at my small family. Ben, May and Peter are staring at me... shit. I know that look, I can't stay and I can't also let Peter know about that so called Loki and how dangerous he can be. I have to-

"Is there anything you want to tell us Tony?" Asked Ben, while glaring at me. I know that this won't end well.

"Hey Pete, I heard that they will show the star wars movie marathon on the TV, why don't you go and watch it?"

"Dad, I'm 10 now, I know that there is something wrong, are you going to return to the work ?" Peter asked with a sad look on his face.

"It's not like what you think, it's an emergency, there is some weiedo called loki, he took the tesseract, it's a blue shiny cube with great powers, it can't be in his hands, it's dangerous, he is dangerous, he told me that we will need the avengers initiative, which iron man, moi, is one of it, he want me to contact Natasha and ask her to help us, because she's also in avengers initiative"

I looked at Ben's now angry face and May's worried face and sighed.

"if I didn't go, we will die, all of us will die, I have to, I promise you that I will take a vacation"

Peter just nodded and looked down at his food. I love him, I really do, and I want to spend more time with him, but I have to go and I will have a very long break after that, promise.

"I will return after I make sure that Loki is where he should be and that the tesseract is in the safe hands, I have to go now"

I kissed Peter's forehead and ruffled his hair, then I ran to my room to get my shield uniform and wear it, I walked out of the house not daring to look at any of the 3 of them.

I called my suit and to flew to Natasha's house. Phil has already sent me the informations to show to Natasha. Let's just hope she doesn't turn all stubborn and do anything that may stop the avengers initiative.

While I'm on my way to her mansion, the realisation hit me, I'm finally going to see Natasha again, I'm going to see Natasha after nearly 2 years. My heart start bounding and I start panicking, but then again I remembered, iron man is the one to meet her, not Tony Stark, not her former assistant who had a crush on her, but iron man, a strange man in a suit of iron, yeah, that's it.

I landed in front of  her mansion's doorand knocked on it, you know... I think it's better if I talked to her as Iron Man not Tony Parker, or she would kill me, we never really talked  in a while, since we were in the plane, it's the same day I kissed her on the building's roof-

"Well, I never expected to find iron man to be the guy in front of me right now, the last time I saw you were with Tony, ...get in"

I walked in and stood next to the couch.

"You were expecting some other guy?"

"Actually yes, the pizza delivery." She said and I raised my eyebrows, of course I'm wearing the helmet so she can't see my face or my reaction. That's the same Natasha I knew for a long time, the one who live on junk food and if she entered the kitchen she will burn "So, what is it?"

"I think that someone have told you about it before, the avengers initiative, it's an emergency and we need your help, it's really important, there is someone who took the tesseract and the tesseract can't be in a dangerous hands"

she took the phone with hologram from me and read the informations that Phil sent me to show her, the hologram start to show videos about, captain America, the Hulk, Clint, iron man and her.

She looked at me with a worried look, "t- they took Clint?!" I nodded my head "okay, you go, I will get ready and meet you at the shield facility"

"No...uhh, Tony called me and told me that we will be at the Helicarrier, meet us there, I will send you the coordinates"

"W- will Tony be there ?"

She asked looking at me with hope in her Voice and I smiled.

"Yes he will be there, I need to go now, see you there" I said as I walked out of her mansion and flew away.

Natasha's pov
~

After Iron Man flew away, I hopped to the couch and sat in a small ball with my forehead on my knees and the sob escaped my mouth. The tears start running  down my cheeks. Clint is in danger, He is the only one there to comfort me whenever I needed someone, he was always there for me, despite being busy with work he's always there for me, and came the time for me to be there for him, and to save him.

When Tony was kidnapped and when I knew that the weapons I made for peace were killing hundreds of people, he was there for me when Tony left me. He is the brother that I never had.

I got up from the couch and went to the bathroom to wash my face, then I went to get my weapons and my widow suit ready and went to my helicopter, then I flew to where the helicarrier is supposed to be.
if I didn't save Clint, his girlfriend will be a widow, his kids who are not even a 2 years old will be orphans, and if I couldn't stop loki, the things won't end well, and I can't let that happen.

Never.
