[Tied Together]

-chapter 3-

I was watching the boys practice, since I was on my morning break, While Sky and Kayla were talking something out. Kayla was dragging Sky out but she looked on edge.

"Go head Sky I'll cover for you," I said as she nodded and went out with Kayla. Since the rink was occupied with the boys we didn't have many customers so I just kept watching. When Nico came and blind sided Mac, a visible wince made its way to my face 'Ouch'.

-Nicos Pov-

Just as Mac was going to shoot, I ran into him and boy did it feel good.

"Woo-hoo-hoo! I yelled clearly excited.

"See? That's the problem with being a puck hog, Your teammates won't warn you when you're about to eat ice," Coach said.

I skated over bending down a bit so he could hear me.

"That was for y/n," I whispered. Skating back he only nodded while I look towards y/n who was leaning on the rail watching practice. I smiled as she sent a small wave, a smile rested on her face.

-Y/n Pov-

"Hey Ava, what you looking at?" I asked stopping at her table with a tray of food. "Oh the game cool, are you coming?"

"No sadly, I wish I could come though," Ava sighed look at her food while slurping down her slushie.

"That sucks, let me know if you need anything okay?"

"Yeah thanks," She said as I walked past her.

"First pizza, now slushies?" I heard. 'You've got to be kidding be' I though.

"Mom, I was just holding it for..Uh...for..For my friend," Ava exclaimed handing the slushie to a girl walking by. Poor ava how can she deal with that witch.

"It's all right, Ava, I know I've been pushing you hard, and I know you want a break from the ice. So..ive planned a treat for you this evening."

"What kinda of treat,"

"You will have to wait and see, but I can tell you this, you need to meet me back here and you won't be needing your skates. But I'm fairly confident you will be...jumping for joy." Avas mom said before leaving. I smiled sadly for the poor girl know it's probably not what she's going to expect.

I felt my phone vibrate so I decided to check it.
