The boys charity game was tomorrow and the Orcas had just arrived. I was passing out welcoming slushies, red of course considering their team colors.
"Weclome, Orcas. We're all delighted you're here. The game tomorrow is for charity, but that doesn't mean we take it easy," Mr. Hammerström said, a few chuckles could be heard, I was finishing passing out the slushies when I got to my last one.
"Thanks love," The boy said, as I handed him his slushie. Trying to be nice, I just smiled and walked off towards Ava.
"Tonight there will be an icebreaker," Coach started.
"A party," Me and Ava said as I high five her.
"Not a party. Saw the flags, take photos, that is all."
"And you are not going," Avas mom said.
"Mom."
"Skates on. On the ice." Her mom said, I patted Avas shoulder as she and her mom walked off. A hand tapped my shoulder, turning around to be faced with the boy from before.
"Oh hello, can I help you with something?" I asked, not trying to come off as rude.
"Yeah, your number," He said confidently. 'Oh great flirting' I let out a nervous laugh.
"Sorry, I don't give my number to strangers."
"Oh okay playing hard to get I like it, names Carson, Carson Hubick."
"...Y/n ..Legarde."
"See now we're not strangers, so can I get your number now?" He asked, holding out his phone, I sighed taking the phone and inserting my number. Handing it back to him as a smirk made its way to his face.
"Um...well I got to go, see you later...I guess," I replied before hurrying away.

"Welcome everyone, Hello?" Hammerström said. "Is this on? Hello!" He continued, trying to get everyone's attention. "The Hammerström Foundation is the charity I started for injured pros. Start taking pictures." He stated.
"He had me working all day for this?" Holly said turning on a speaker.
"We don't need music. Now mingle."
As Kayla, Jacob and Y/n arrived.
"Oh, where the vibes at?" Kayla asked.
"Yeah, there's not even anyone on the ice." Jacob added.
"Well see about that, you got the plan y/n?"
"Yep I've got the perfect distraction," I said. Kayla and Jacob headed for the control booth, while I got ready for one of my best performances.
"Is this a party or what?" Kayla asked.
"This is not a party," Mr. Hammerström said trying to keep things under control as I arrived at the Cafe.
"Talk about a funnel," I muttered to myself. "HEY COACH!" I yelled at him.
"NOO! GO AWAY Y/N, I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR YOUR PRANKS RIGHT NOW," He yelled back, trying to get Kayla to turn off the music.
"NO JOKE THIS TIME FOR REAL,"
"FINE! WHAT IT IS?"
"SOMEONES EGGING YOUR CAR OUTSIDE, I THINK I SAW THEM WITH SPRAY CANS TOO," I lied.
"WHAT!" He shrieked. Running out of the rink to his car. As others went out on the ice. You laughed to yourself and joined Sky.
"Hey Sky, you look good," I told her.
