I nodded my head at Hyunjin and Jimin,slightly closing my eyes and took a deep breath before talking.
Y/n:
"O-okay..let's do this.."
Both Jimin and Hyunjin had their creepy smirks.I felt uncomfortable but Chungha felt even more uncomfortable..poor girl.
I knew I had to get used to this..I was a doll,you play with dolls which means you play with me,or the only one who plays with me is Hyunjin..and apparently Jimin now.
Hyunjin:
"We will start counting."
They both closed their eyes as they hid their face in their hands,both counting at the same time. It was like they were in trance.
Hyunjin,Jimin:
"One..two..three.."
And so they continued.
At first I couldn't move but I knew we had to do I grabbed Chungha's hand as I started to run out of my room.
I didn't have a clue on where we were going since I didn't know this house that well, but I had to run somewhere or else we would be found immediately.
I ran down the stairs, still holding Chungha's hand.
I didn't see where I was going and bumped into something,or someone, which made Chungha bump into.
I carefully looked up and saw IU, the maid.
IU:
"Jesus,be careful."
She said it concerned.
IU:
"Are you okay?"
I quickly nodded my head, panting a bit.
IU:
"What's the matter?"
I didn't have time to talk and my heart was beating so fast.
Any second now both Jimin and Hyunjin could be done counting and they would easily find us I we stood here.
Y/n:
"H-hide and seek."
That's all I could I say.I was too breathless,trying to catch my breath.
I was absolutely not used to run which meant that I would run out of breath pretty quickly.
IU looked at me,at first confused at my words which I could understand.
All I had said was "hide and seek" which actually were pretty confusing,but then she nodded her head and her expression changed which meant that she understood.
IU:
"Hyunjin's games?"
I nodded my head fast again.
IU;
"Follow me."
She started to walk further away from the stairs as I followed her,still holding Chungha's hand.
I also heard that she was panting.
IU lead us in to a room which was dark and old,and then she quickly lifted away a small carpet.
Under the carpet could you find a hatch.
She opened it silently as she nodded her head,showing that we should climb down which we did.
Then IU closed the hatch and we heard her moving the carpet and then later on footsteps fading away.
I sighed out of relief.
We finally had a place to hide on,but it was weird, a room under the floor?
But tight now I didn't complain since this probably were our savior.
The room was dark,no light so I couldn't see anything.
I only heard where Chungha was cause she was panting so badly.
I suppose that the room would be empty since it echoed whenever we breathed out.
Y/n:
"Are you okay?"
I quietly whispered to Chungha which she responded.
Chungha:
"Y-yeah..*panting *
Y/n:
"Good.."
I sat down on the floor,it was cold and sent shivers.
I closed my eyes, taking my hands upon my chest while trying to catch my breath.
I really have to exercise,but well yeah..only if Hyunjin allow me to which I don't know if he will.
I'm very glad that I met IU when we ran down the stairs.
This room seems to be hard to find since it's under the floor and I don't think Hyunjin nor Jimin knows that we know that this room exist.
I don't think they think that we ran down here by ourselves.
We sat on the floor in the dark room for a good while.
Still panting tho,since none of us apparently wasn't good at running at all.
I had closed eyes,trying to focus on my breathing and trying to focus on something else than that that we really are playing some sick kind of hide and seek game.
Suddenly something happened which really sent chills and made me get goose bumps.
I heard voices above the room,exactly above the room.
The voices were fainted and I didn't hear what the voices said but I knew that it was Hyunjin and Jimin.
My chest started to move up and down repeatedly as it started to hurt.
I was nervous,scared,anxious.
The celling creaked which gave me the sign that they were walking.
I still had closed eyes as I was begging and pleading.
Please don't open the hatch.
Please.
I intertwined my both hands with each other,forming a praying position with them.
I weren't religious,but what else would I do?
I knew it probably wouldn't work but I had to try and hope.
To my surprise,the footsteps and creaking sounds above us faded away and I breathed out of relief.
Chungha:
"That was close.."
I heard Chungha's faint voice,her voice sounded shaky.
I knew she was scared.
Y/n:
"Where are you?"
I asked her,wanting to know exactly where she was in the room so I could get to her and comfort her.
Chungha:
"I'm here."
Her words did't really help me to find her.
Y/n:
"Where is here?"
I asked her again.
Chungha:
"Here."
I tried to follow her voice,it was so dark.
I couldn't find her by seeing her trying to hear my way forwards was my only opportunity.
I started to crawl on the cold floor,tracing with my hand infront of me to be able to touch my way forward also.
Y/n:
"I'm trying to get to you , keep on talking."
Chungha:
"I know,I can hear your hand searching your way forwards."
I continued to crawl my way forwards blinded.
My heart almost stopped as I felt something soft yet weird.
What was it?!
Chungha:
"Take it easy,it's me."
I breathed out,it was only Chungha.
I guess she could sense my tension.
I traced my hand over Chungha's arm and crawled all the way to her so I was sitting beside her.
I slightly hugged her.
Y/n:
"Everything will be fine."
I could feel her hand moving,showing that she nodded her head.
Chungha:
"I know,but this is so nerve wrecking."
Now it was my turn to nod my head.
Y/n:
"I agree, I hate this kind of sick games."
Chungha:
"What games have Hyunjin been playing with you until now..?"
I could feel her voice sounding a bit careful while she was asking me the question.
Y/n:
"He have only been playing with me once.That game was that I would find the room he told me to.Which I lost most of the times since I suck at playing games."
Chungha:
"Ohh..that sounds scary.Actually I'm pretty good at playing games since I remember Whalen I was little,I used to play hide and seek,and rook,paper,scissors and any kind of games with my older brother and friends.I usually won."
Y/n:
"You are lucky..I think you will survive from Jimin pretty good."
Chungha:
"I hope so..I hope you will survive from Hyunjin."
Y/n:
"Yeah me too.."
I felt Chungha starting to shake,she was probably very cold.
I hugged her arms while rubbing them,trying to get her warm.
She sat still on the floor,allowing me to continue doing what I was doing.
Chungha:
"Thank you.."
Y/n:
"No problem.."
I whispered to her.
We didn't have to whisper to each other but it just felt better.
The room was dark and it was total silent,so breaking the silence would feel weird.
I guess they above us also would hear our if we talked with loud voices.
Chungha:
"You know..you are very nice and kind Y/n.."
Y/n:
"You too."
I couldn't help but smile at her words,she actually thought I was kind.
It wasn't many people who thought that about me.
Chungha:
"If I should be honest I thought you would be a problem maker and not that kind since you always caused problems at the house."
Y/n:
"Yeah.."
Chungha:
"If I may ask..sorry for being super curious..why were you so overactive there and everything?"
Y/n:
"Nah it's okay..well I guess I was bored at nights often and couldn't sleep so I wanted to run around to lose some energy..but I guess I disturbed everyone else often then.
And they used to shock me with electric shocks but it kinda only gave me more energy and livened me up"
Chungha:
"I see.."
I laid my head on Chungha's shoulder and closed my eyes.
I wanted to rest for a little while.
I also felt Chungha laying her head upon my head.
