Jennie's POV

It happens so fast....Me and Lisa graduated college together..... And to celebrate my mom will be here later, and I think it's time for Lisa to meet my mom.

We've been together for almost 5 years...Im the CEO now while Lisa she's taking her trainings to become a singer....I can't wait for her debut, I can't wait to see her become successful.

I invited all of our friends... My dad and my sister went to the company earlier and announced that all of the employees can join.

Being the CEO is not that exciting.... Sometimes I can't even hold my phone to check if Lisa leaves a message.... Im handling the 4 branches here in Korea.

Lisa and I became more close to each other...She's not just my lover she's my best friend. When everyone is gone she's still on my side.... She's lighting up the mood whenever im sad or I have a problem...she's my everything.

"Mom is here, Rosé said then my mom entered the living room seeing all of us, my friends and Lisa. Then she went to them one by one until it's just me and lisa who's left.

"My dear daughter, she said then planted a kiss on my cheek and I gave her a hug.

"Miss you mom, I said.

"I heard you have a girlfriend so where is she? My mom asked and everyone went quiet.

"Lisa maam Jennie's girlfriend, Lisa stick out her hand while smiling awkwardly.

My mom didn't take lisa's hand and she stared at me like she's so disappointed and disgusted.

"Okay we have to eat now, she said looking to my friends before she leaves.

We are all setting in a long table. My mom sat in the edge while me and lisa sat near her. My dad is busy with his friends so he can't join us.

"So what are you doing in life Lisa, My mom sternly asked while slicing the meat in her plate.

I held lisa's hand under the table to make her more comfortable. She cleared her throat before speaking.

"Well as today maam I'm having my traning, I want to become an Idol someday. She replied but my mom smirked while my friends can't utter any word.

"What a shame, my mom said. I know she's my mom but my blood is boiling right now.

Lisa lowered her head and smiled sadly. I wish I can shout.... I wanted to yield at my mom but Im too scared because I know her...she can do whatever she wants.

"You love my daughter or her money? She asked again.

"Mom please stop, Chaeng said.

"Im not talking to you Rosé. Say's my mom.

"Mom why are you doing this? I stood up, then lisa pulled me to sit again so I did.

"Maam I don't need your daughters money, and we've been together for years now and I love her that's all. Lisa calmly replied.

"I don't care if you've been together for decades, I just wanted to protect my daughter away from people like you. My mom said that's when Lisa's eyes began to water.

"Mom stop, I shouted but she's still in her calm expression.

"What a bullshit Jennie Kim, I never dreamed for you to be with a girl like her. She yield back. And that caught all peoples attention.

"I will give you money leave my daughter, she said again ready to leave but I blocked her way.

"Your so selfish, I don't even know if your my mom now, then she slapped me. Irene went beside me holding my hands.

"Break up with her if you want to keep her safe, my mom whispered before leaving.

" I fell on the floor, I saw rosé hugging my girlfriend while the others were trying to tell the visitors to leave now.
When our friends decided to sleep now.

I went beside lisa she's still in the couch crying, then we hugged each other, I wiped her tears. Her eye's were now swollen.

"Hey don't mind her, stop crying please. I mumbled.

"I think she's right, she replied.

"No she don't know anything about you so don't listen."

"Don't leave me Jennie Kim, she mumbled and that broke my heart.

"I cant lose her."
