The Raid. Pt4

The last chapter before my one-year mark, I have a special chapter for Monday. Hope you all enjoy this chapter and look forward to Monday because I sure am.

'' Overhaul stop moving and release the child, Now,'' Mirio yelled out as he saw Overhaul, His second in command Hari Kurono or the name he went by Cronostasis, and Eri. Overhaul nearly looked at Mirio blankly. He kept moving as Cronostasis grabbed something in his pockets and dropped them toward Mirio.

The second they made contact with the ground they exploded but Mirio had been prepared. He phased thru the floor and moved forward. Due to the explosion, Cronostasis had lost eyesight of Mirio but that was the plan as he kept moving forward with Eri in his arms. Overhaul grabbed his phone and texted something only a few symbols to an unsaved number.

Just as he pressed send Mirio popped back up. He was right in front of Overhaul and Crono. He punched Overhaul right on the forearm breaking it and knocking him back this also made him drop his phone. Mirio went right into a  high kick to Crono but he was covered by Eri and thought this would keep him safe.

Mirio instead showed an impressive pure skill that he has learned over his time studying from Sir Nighteye. Mirio's foot phased right thru Eri and at the exact moment, it went past Eri he deactivated his quirk making it so that Crono was able to feel all of Mirio's full power.

The kick was enough to make him Drop Eri who first sent in the air as Crono flew back. Mirio went down and grabbed Eri. He wanted to fight more and give some payback for what he did against Eri but much like Izuku said before Eri was the focus for him so he ran with Eri in hand.

Overhaul and Cronostasis didn't like it as Cronostasis grabbed a pistol from the back. He shot at Mirio who took 4 shots as he had to protect Eri. This had to be a moment of pure luck for Mirio's future as the bullets he took were normal bullets and all missed vital spots. But he took one to the leg two in his shoulder and one in his lower back.

He did keep on running thru the pain as he had to head to a saver area but that was impossible as Mirio tried turning a corner only to meet a wall just made by Overhaul. He was trapped with no way how long it would take before the others could break Thru. So he had one thing to do. Survive and keep Eri safe until backup was able to arrive.

Team Ryukyu was getting checked up. While Ryukyu and Nejire were both just a little tired from overusing their quirks and because of the fight against Katsukame, Ochaco and Tsuyu however had to stop. Ochaco had to get medical attention. Her arm was bad and it had to be fixed but she was not having it at the moment.

She was chained down with her one good arm to an ambulance. She was trying to muster all her remaining strength to break out the cuffs and go help Izuku. Tsuyu had the same situation as Ochaco but she was very tired and knew that it would be useless as she could not help in her current state.

Ryukyu and Ochaco both moved forward. Thankfully the yard the main force entered thru was now nearly cleared with the remaining police force arresting them. They were able to move forward until they reached Suneater just getting up and breathing heavily as he was covering his hand in bandages he grabbed from his pocket. 

'' Nejire-Chan why are you here?'' Suneater asked as he took notice of the new group.'' We got done taking care of Katsukame so are going forward to see if we can help anyone else.'' I am going with you to help.'' Suneater said as they got moving thru the halls. They arrived quickly at Bubble girl and Centipede who was putting a group of villains into a bundle in the corner.

'' Bubble girl where did they go,'' Ryukyu said with Centipede answering. '' She will show you, They just went ahead I would assume they are only a couple minutes ahead if you move fast.'' Bubble girl looked at Centipede who gave a nod with Bubble girl getting up and moving ahead.
