Wow wow wow. I never knew how good Sophia is at makeup, and the end result of Christina's makeover is making me want to befriend Sophia all over again.

Christina looks in the mirror, her jaw dropping to the ground. She has a smokey eye finish with a nude colour covering her full lips. Her eyebrows are a dark blond colour and her cheeks look more rosy than before. Well, before Ferris ended things with her. She looks like a completely different person.

"We should go to a party tonight," Christina says, eyeing both me and Sophia. Her mood has changed so quickly, and now she wants to go to a party.

"Eva is having a party at her house because her parents are out, I think we should go.

I don't know, Louis is probably at home by now, and I don't want to leave him with my drunken dad. Maybe I should pass on this party...

Christina senses my hesitation and stands up to face me.

"Come on, it'll be fun! We can forget about all our problems and we can spend some more time together," She turns to face Sophia, putting a firm hand on her shoulder.

"I can give you some sexy clothes that you can wear, and you'll be back by midnight."

Christina looks at both of us with hopeful eyes. "So?"

"Okay," Me and Sophia say at the same time.

I would love to get to know them both a bit more, and I know that Christina would probably drag me out to the party no matter what.

So now all I have to do is look good and I'll be ready to go to my first college party.

***

By the time we all walk out of the front door, it's half past nine, and with the party starting in fifteen minutes, we have to be quick. In the end, I decided to wear a red dress that Christina lends, which is really comfy. Sophia wanted to be safe, so she wore a white shirt matched with dark jeans. She looked so different without her long dresses and her light blue jeans.

"Be prepared guys, you might go home wasted," Christina says, making me feel a little sick on the inside. I won't. I don't want to be like my dad, I have a life to live, and I won't ruin it by drinking.

"I don't drink," I say, hoping to extinguish the feeling in the pit of my stomach.
Sophia remains quiet as she walks down the road, her hand scraping the bricks as she walks by.

"What's wrong?" I ask her.

"Nothing, I've just never been to these kinds of parties before."

"Neither have I," I tell her, hoping to ease her mind.

I hear a little giggle escape Christina's mouth as she starts jogging down the road towards Eva's house. Smiling back at Sophia, I follow Christina towards the party.

A/N: I hope you enjoyed this chapter!
