After a long tiring day, Hobi brought me to a restaurant to have dinner together as he promised. I was happy that I could go out somewhere instead of sitting at home and stressing over what happened today at school.

Hobi already ordered the food by the time I came back from the washroom. "What are we eating tonight?".I asked out of curiosity.

"All of your favourites". He grinned.

"I'm telling you, I'm starving like crazy. And if possible, I'll finish all the foods of the restaurant. Hope you have your wallet full with you"

"Y/n-ah, if I'm the one paying for your bills, then I'm gonna make sure you have every single dish existing on this planet. So don't worry about it". I giggled at his remark.

Few minutes later the waiter came to serve the dinner.

Both of us ate in a peaceful silence. As minutes passed, I thought of talking about the topic I'm dying to tell him.

I cleared my throat before speaking, "Uhh, Hoseok-ah? I wanted to talk to you about something"

"You don't have to ask Y/n. Just say it". He smiled assuringly.

"You know that I'm the only child of my parents right? They sacrificed everything for my education and did whatever they could to make me the perfect child I am today. So.. I want to do something for them too"

Hoseok nodded, signalling that he understood what I was saying.

"I want to do a job or a business after my graduation. And I don't think I can leave them so soon. I need time. So I want... Umm.."

"So you want to delay our marriage". He completed my sentence.

I nodded and avoided any eye-contact, afraid of his answer. "Yeah. I hope you understand".

"How can you even think that I won't understand. Listen Y/n. They are not only your parents. They are my parents too. Who said that you will have to leave them and I won't allow you to do any job or whatever you want". He chuckled. "Y/n, appa told me that after uncle's retirement, they will start their own business together. And we can take them to America. They will live us. But if you still need time, then I will talk to appa. Don't worry about it"
