Chapter 4: Kim Jennie

Lisa looked around as she followed Jennie down the hallway of the house, it was daylight outside so she could make out a bit of everything.  Although like yesterday, there was not much.  Just white walls, that was the exact definition of a lifeless house.

When the rays of the sun touched Lisa's face.  She took a deep breath and inspected Jennie.  Hmm ... she didn't seem to be affected by the light and her skin didn't glow ...,

The Twilight movie really lied about vampires ... and none of them are like Edward, a courteous, common sense, super-handsome vampire.  Those vampires didn't have anything to do about that, especially her ... Jennie Kim.

Knowing that Jennie couldn't see her (since Lisa was still walking behind her with the bucket and brush).  Lisa stuck her tongue out and scowled at the unsuspecting Jennie.

In her head Lisa was like 'This Vampire is despicable and mean, not at all like Edward with Bella and besides she's scary and she's ugly -....'.  Lisa frowned at her last words, Jennie is ugly?  Well, Lisa had to admit it, she wasn't.  She's charming and great looking but that doesn't change the fact that Jennie is mean and mostly she has a certain 'hate' towards humans.

- "here, you have to clean it all up!"  -Jennie stopped walking and pointed to the large drawing that Chaeyoung had drawn yesterday and now Lisa regretted giving the idea to Chaeng because the drawing was large not to mention the mini chibis of them that were everywhere.

Lisa smirked and looked at Jennie who raised an eyebrow.

- "But don't you think that it gives a little life to the house? Everything is so white and lifeless ... a little color doesn't hurt! Haha ..." -Lisa said waith little fake laugh and Jennie folded her arms.

- "I don't think having your ugly human heads on the wall of our house is invigorating for us. Now you're going to clean that up, you'll only have food when you're done" -Jennie looked at her coldly and Lisa dropped her shoulders while sighing.  Jennie watched Lisa as she walked past her and observed as Lisa took off her top since it was already hot outside.

Lisa felt the gaze but she didn't look back for fear of seeing the very threatening gaze of the young vampire who was only waiting for Lisa's only mistake to kill her.

Lisa looked around and frowned.

- "where is the water pump?"  -Lisa asked and Jennie, who was now standing against a nearby tree, pointed to the pool a few feet away from them.  The rain had filled the pool with water and it was not the cleanest of waters but clean enough to wash off a few things.  There was nothing suspicious or disgusting about it, just dust and a few fallen leaves.

Lisa winced which Jennie noticed.

- "Or, you can always go higher up to the other neighboring hills and get some water there" - Jennie said with a mean smile and Lisa shook her head.

- "No thanks, I'm just going to use this one" -Lisa said quickly before running to the pool and knelt down to shuffle her bucket.

Why did even these vampires have a swimming pool ???  Can vampires swim?  Well, certainly ..... since they look the same as humans they can swim very well but yesterday the pool was empty so they certainly don't use it ...

Speaking of * them *.  Where were the others ??

And as if Jennie had guessed her thinking, she answered.

- "Jisoo and Taehyung went hunting, Jin went to watch your friends by Namjoon's order while he is finding food for you ... human. Be grateful" -Jennie said and Lisa looked at her surprised.

- "Hmm ... thank you ... for telling me, I guess?"  -Lisa said hesitantly but she only received silence in return.  Lisa huffed and rolled her eyes as she took her bucket of water and smacked her brush into it before starting to clean.
