This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they're doing and what they're talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, some italian classics and some twists, and for their prices it's 100% worth it. this comment came from Ryan.

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal. I had a 3 course meal, with a couple of beers. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want a romantic night out. There was also plenty of room for bigger groups. I was smiling while I read their comments about our resto.

Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. It can be expensive but worth it and they do different deals on different nights so it's worth checking them out before you book. Highly recommended. Its sean. My Classmate in High School days. He's now a successful mechanical engineer.

Lumakad ito malapit sakin at hinila ang apron na aking suot dahilan para magdikit ang katawan namin. hindi ako makakilos at nanatiling nakatitig sa mga mata nito. Doon ay napansin ko na iinaayos nito ang pagkakatali ng aking apron.

'' the design of your apron is quite unique... '' saad nito at inaayos ang aking uniform. Ngumti lang ito at may sinabi.

'' see you around.... '' paalam niya saka lumabas ng resto. Ngayon ako naka kita ng lalaking ganoon. Weird.

'' Chef james come to my office. '' tawag sakin ni madam cha. Who owns this restaurant. Pagkapasok ay bingay agad sakin ang tablet nito.

'' look james. Aside form positive comments..may nagcomment na okay lang. lang? why don't you take a wide smile to our customers? Tulad niyan. Hindi ka naka ngiti habang may nagpa picture sayo. alam mo naman ang sinasabi ko sayo diba? ''

'' yeah. Ok fine. Kasalanan ko. puro gwapong lalaki lang ang hina-hire ko. kasalanan bang mahilig ako sa mga gwapo. You know! your face is an art! Food is an art also. Kailangan natin sumunod sa trendy styles. Because of that, we got rated by Micheline. Naalala mo... but now , I think this is the right time para mag-evolve. Para mag expand! Empower! '' are you the sous chef? Nice. '' wika nito sabay tapik sakin sa balikat. Sino ba ito?

'' with all due respect sir bawal po kayo dito sa kitchen. Doon nalang po kayo mag intay sa dining area.. '' magalang kong sabi.

'' An gaga mo ah! Welcome sa dulce's '' nagulat ako dahil biglang sumulpot sa likod ko si madam cha. Teka? Kilala niya itong lalaki?

''channie greet him. That's Oliver Stone. From now on , call him Chef Oliver. Okay? He'll be joining us starting today. '' madam cha said.

'' wait lang madam..nag lalag ang utak ko. '' natawa naman sila. Teka?

'' madam naman. Hindi naman siya ang head chef namin diba? '' natawa si chef oliver sa sinabi ko . wait? Did I just call him chef? Hm.. bumalik na ako sa ginagawa.

''may special customer kami ngayon. ''

'' that customers likes the dishes of chef james. Paano na ito? '' napaisip ako ng gagawin. Wala pa kasi si chef james. Alam ko ang ingredients pero hindi ko alam kung paano ang procedure. Nakaka inis.

'' baka alam mo naman kung paano. ''

'' hindi eh. si chef james lang ang nakaka alam kung paano gawin ang dish. ''

'' kunin mo ang order nila. '' saad nito.

'' hindi pwede. Malalaman nila na hindi si chef james ang gumaw—'' pinutol ako nito.

'' james, james , james blah blah blah. . '' sabi nito saka kinuha mismo ang order. I turned down the stove and watching him cooking. Patay talaga ako kay james mamaya. Sorry chef. My friend.

'' carrots. '' he said while I gave him the ingredients one by one. my phone rings. It's chef james. Hays. Bakit ngayon lang siya tumawag.

'' emergency chef! Nandito yung special customers . ''

'' okay. I get it. hintayin niyo ako dy---hoy channie! Hello? '' then I realize he end the call. For all those times. Hayss. Wala akong nagawa at pumunta sa dulce's. yari na naman ako kay madam cha. I have may thing to do. Visiting other cafes. Resto, to formulate new dish. And then it happened.

'' oh my god! Sino nagpa bango sa kusina ko!? '' I yelled upon entering the kitchen. I saw man wearing head chef's suit. Ano na bang nangyayari dito sa restaurant? Kung minamalas ka nga naman. Speaking of malas, nakita ko ang lalaki na nakangisi sakin. teka? He's the man yesterday.

Lumapit ito sakin para makipag kamay. '' I'm guess you can call me chef Oliver... nice to meet you. '' he offered his hand to me. what? C-chef?
