Kneed You

Chapter 4

"Hyung" Jaehyun sat outside his bedroom door. "Ten-hyung!" He huffed, jiggling the doorknob. It was still locked. How long was Ten planning on keeping him waiting? Seriously, Ten locked him out of his own room?

"What are you doing?" Yuta asked, rubbing that spot at the base of Jaehyun's ear, he leaned against Yuta's leg, rubbing his face against it.

"He locked me out." Jaehyun pouted

"Hyung!" Jaehyun called out, still leaning in to Yuta's touch. "Ten-hyung! Open the door!"

"Oh my god!" Ten yanked the door open "Stop howling. I told you I was cat proofing your room."

"You locked me out. What did you expect me to do?" Jaehyun pouted

"I'm done, you can have your room back." Ten sighed, opening the door. Jaehyun got to his feet and walked over, looking at the threshold of the door. He stopped in the doorway, trying to decide if he actually wanted in his room. Then he turned and sauntered over to the couch, curling up beside Taeyong.

"It's weird right? How much he acts like a cat when they pop up." Yuta murmured

"I thought it was cute until he destroyed the roll of toilet paper at the wayv dorm." Ten sighed.

"Can... Can I touch them?" Taeyong asked, hand hovering dangerously close to his ears.

"Hmm" Jaehyun put his head on Taeyong's lap "Just be gentle."

"Really? You won't bite me?" Taeyong's face morphed into pure bliss when his fingers played with the soft ears. Jaehyun stretched his arms out across Taeyong's lap,pushing his fingers into the squishy pillow beside them, closing his eyes as he kneaded away. A low rumble in Jaehyun's throat startled both of them.

"Did you just... purr?" Taeyong asked

"I think I did." Jaehyun laughed. He lifted his head, nudging Taeyong's hand with it, a silent plea for him to continue.

He began purring once more, kneading the pillow as he slowly dozed off. When he woke his ears and tail had disappeared and Taeyong had switched to running his fingers through Jaehyun's hair. It didn't feel nearly as great as before but he was still content to drift back to sleep like this.
