I made it back home without a problem. REX was low on energy now. Hopefully we won't need him for awhile.

"How is the repairs coming?" I asked

"Well REX doesn't need to be repaired too much."

"So it's just the energy that needs to be refilled."

"Yeah, pretty much, but making that energy is going to take time."

"Yeah I know. You said I won't be able to use him for awhile, which sucks balls." I give Asuko a kiss on the cheek. "I'm going to make lunch. You want something?"

"Yeah a sandwich would be good."

I headed back up stairs. REX was a few floors below us. My honey was able to build a elevator that could bring him up to our floor. I went into the kitchen to work on making some lunch for us and I find Souro making herself something to eat. "What are you making?"

"Sushi. What are you having?"

"Well I'm making my honey a turkey sandwich and I think I will have 2 or 3 hot dogs."

"That sounds good."

I finish making our lunches and sit down on the couch. I called my honey and told her to come and get her lunch. It took her a few minutes to get up stairs. The door popped open. "There you are."

"Here I am." She sit down next to Souro and me and took a bite of her sandwich. "This is so good. Thank you."

"You're welcome my love."

"What do you need for REX?" Souro asked.

"I need fuel, but it's not normal fuel. I made my own fuel that uses gas, iron, and mercury. Sounds crazy I know, but that's what I made the fuel from."

"What type of gas do you need?"

"The kind that comes from your ass."

Souro let out a laugh.

Asuko give a false smile. "I actually need gas from the pipelines, but that would mean less gas for other things."

"Oh, true." Have you tried making the fuel some other way?"

"I would have to build a new fuel tank for the change and I don't know if I could do that without it taking time."

Souro nodded. She give Asuko a kiss on the cheek. "I know you can do it. You just need some faith that's all."

"Yeah, I guess you are right. I may need to go into Tokyo and get the gas there. We need to keep our gas for the stove and heat."

"I can't believe this place doesn't have electric heaters and stove," I said.

"Well it was the best place we could find that wasn't ready to fall."

"And the only thing that we have to worry about is flying Outer Ones."

"Yes, that's true too."

The alarm started going off.

"Fucking Hell," Souro said.

"I don't think you can fuck Hell," I said.

Souro give me a dirty look and I just smiled back.

"Looks like it's close," Asuko said.

"At least we won't need the bikes," I said. I headed out the door. Souro took her time. It took us like 20 minutes to find the Outer One. It was a E level Outer One. "Looks like this is going to be a easy fight."

"Looks like you may not need me."

"Probably not." I ripped a light post out of the ground and threw it at the Outer One. It dodge the post, but didn't noticed I had also picked up a trash can. It got knock down on to it's ass. "I'm going to need you."

Souro smack the ground with her hand and ice started forming. It moved it's way to the Outer One. The Outer One tried to move out of the way, but the ice quickly took hold. I watched Souro turned her right hand to a different position and the leg that was caught in the ice was crush by the pressure of the ice. The Outer One couldn't move very fast now. "I think you can handle it from here." Souro started walking back to the apartment.

"She broke your leg. I'm going to take your head." I swing my sword and off comes the head. "No screaming for once. Interesting." I put my sword away and took in the summer's evening. I looked around to realize Souro had already been gone. "Hey! Souro! Wait for me."

We got back to the apartment in no time at all. "How did it go?"

"Good," Souro said.

"Souro broke the Outer One's leg. I of course cut off the head."

"Sounds like Souro is fitting in just fine." Asuko give a half smile to me. I wonder if she didn't feel comfortable with Souro breaking someone's leg, but it was a Outer One. I know Souro use to be the shy one of the group and Asuko was the one who enjoyed talking about the dead. I just enjoyed talking about sex related things.

"It's almost dinner time. What do you want?" I asked.

"I really don't know. I was actually going to make dinner since you and Souro went out to fight the Outer One."

"Oh don't worry about that. What did you have in mind?"

"Beef with rice, maybe tofu too."

"Souro, what did you have in mind?"

"Oh, beef with rice sounds good to me."

"Tofu too?"

"I'm fine with tofu too."

I clapped my hands together and went into the kitchens to start making dinner. We had enough rice for the meal, didn't have to worry about the beef or tofu.

"Hey, Souro."

"What's up Asuko?"

"I never thought I hear you broke someone's leg."

"I was just trying to help Raven. That wasn't my plan really."

"Be honest with me, please."

"I wasn't planning to be breaking the leg. I just wanted to keep them from moving."

"Your instincts took over. I hope you aren't bothered by it."

"I was at first, I actually left before the fight was over, but I'm fine now."

"I hope so. I know this isn't something you wanted."

"I'm fine, really. Thank you for checking on me." Souro give Asuko a kiss on the cheek. "Smells like Raven is almost done with dinner."
