Dealing with tord all the time didn't leave him with the best confidence, even if they we're only "jokes", so He finds comfort in compliments & reassurance.
What I mean by that is, even if you look like lady death herself, he will find something about you to compliment.
What this also means is that if you compliment him, he will melt, definitely if it's about his eyes, expect to be smothered with compliments after that.
You sighed as you traced your eyes over your reflection for what seemed like the hundred time that day, anxiety creeping its way into your stomach you pondered the thought of canceling your evening Tom, though before you can drown in your insecurities, a familiar freckled face appeared in the mirror beside yours.
"sup butter cup" he purred jokingly, sliding his arms around your waist, he planted soft kisses up your neck, you couldn't help but giggle a bit as he did, the sound unknowingly to you, made his heart leap.
Exhaling, you turned to face him, anxiety growing as you did, you opened your mouth to voice him your concerns about canceling your plans, but then-
"Im sorry, but You are so fucking Gorgeous did you know that?.."
The words died in your throat at that sentence, your anxiety quickly being replaced with butterflies, your cheeks became hot as a dorky smile made it's way to your face, you leaned up, pressing a quick kiss to his lips, before replying -
" thanks, your rather handsome yourself loverboy "
