Dahlia leans against the door of the car holding her side "Yeah, definitely broken a couple ribs." she tells Steve and Natasha. "We're nearly there. I'll strap them up for you then." Natasha tells her. Nodding she leans her head back against the window and watches as they drive past a few houses before stopping. The three of them climb out the car and go up to the door and ring the bell, Sam Wilson opens the door and look at them in surprise "Hey, man. I'm sorry about this. We need a place to lay low." Steve tells him. "Everyone we know is trying to kill us." Natasha adds. "Not everyone." Sam responds moving out of the doorway to let them in. "You can use the spare room, there's a shower in there. There's another in my room and one down the hall." Sam tells them. "Thanks." Dahlia smiles. "You got a first aid kit?" Steve asks him. "Yeah it's under the sink in the bathroom." Sam responds.
After washing up Dahlia sits next to Natasha as her she wraps her ribs for her, Steve leans against the doorframe and looks at them "You okay?" he asks. "Yeah." Dahlia nods. "What's going on?" Steve asks noticing Natasha's look. "When I first joined S.H.I.E.L.D. I thought I was going straight. But I guess I just traded in the KGB for HYDRA. I thought I knew whose lies I was telling, but I guess I can't tell the difference anymore." Natasha explains making Dahlia give her hand a squeeze. "There's a chance you might be in the wrong business." Steve smiles sitting with them on the bed. "I owe you." Dahlia tells him. "It's okay." Steve shrugs. "If it was the other way around, and it was down to me to save your life, now you be honest with me, would you trust me to do it?" Natasha asks him. "I would now. And I'm always honest." Steve responds. "Well, you seem pretty chipper for someone who just found out they died for nothing." Dahlia points out. "Well, guess I just like to know who I'm fighting." Steve tells them. "I made breakfast. If you guys eat that sort of thing." Sam tells them. Dahlia laughs "We're not that different from you." she tells him.
They walk into the kitchen and Dahlia notices the coffee pot "Coffee!" she grins making Natasha laugh at her slightly. Sitting down they start talking while eating their food "So, the question is, who at S.H.I.E.L.D. could launch a domestic missile strike?" Dahlia asks. "Pierce. Who happens to be sitting on top of the most secure building in the world." Natasha responds. "But he's not working alone. Zola's algorithm was on the Lemurian Star. So was Jasper Sitwell." Dahlia pipes up. "So, the real question is, how do the three most wanted people in Washington kidnap a S.H.I.E.L.D. officer in broad daylight?" Steve asks. "The answer is, you don't." Sam says putting a folder on the table. "What's this?" Steve asks. "Call it a résumé." Sam tells them. "Is this Bakhmala? The Khalid Khandil mission, that was you? You didn't say he was a Pararescue." Natasha asks as she and Dahlia look at the file. "Is this Riley?" Steve asks pointing at a picture. "Yeah." Sam nods. "I heard they couldn't bring in the choppers because of the RPGs. What did you use? A stealth chute?" Dahlia asks. "No. These." Sam tells her showing her some blueprints. "I thought you said you were a pilot." Steve remarks. 'I never said pilot." Sam chuckles. "I can't ask you to do this, Sam. You got out for a good reason." Steve tells him. "Dude, Captain America needs my help. There's no better reason to get back in." Sam responds. "Where can we get our hands on one of these things?" Dahlia asks. "The last one is at Fort Meade. Behind three guarded gates and a 12-inch steel wall." Sam explains. "Shouldn't be a problem." Steve smirks.
Dahlia stands on a rooftop with Steve and Natasha as Steve interrogates Sitwell "Tell me about Zola's algorithm." Steve orders. "Never heard of it." Sitwell responds. "What were you doing on the Lemurian Star?" Steve asks. "I was throwing up. I get seasick." Sitwell responds before hitting his legs against the edge of the roof "Is this little display meant to insinuate that you're gonna throw me off the roof? Because it's really not your style, Rogers." he remarks. "You're right. It's not. It's their's." Steve says motioning to Natasha and Dahlia. "Wait." Sitwell starts. Dahlia and Natasha cut him off by kicking him off the roof "What about that girl from Accounting, Laura..." Dahlia trails off. "Lillian. Lip piercing, right?" Steve asks. "Yeah, she's cute." Natasha comments. "Yeah. I'm not ready for that." Steve responds. "If we find you a nice girl you owe us... you're first born child." Dahlia jokes. Just as she says that Sam appears, flying with his wings, with Sitwell and dumps him on the roof, touchdowning right after "Zola's algorithm is a program for choosing Insight's targets." Sitwell tells them. "What targets?" Steve asks. "You! A TV anchor in Cairo, the Under Secretary of Defense, a high school Valedictorian in Iowa City, Bruce Banner, Stephen Strange, anyone who's a threat to HYDRA. Now, or in the future." Sitwell explains. "In the future? How could it know?" Steve questions. "How could it not? The 21st century is a digital book. Zola taught HYDRA how to read it. Your bank records, medical histories, voting patterns, emails, phone calls, your damn SAT scores! Zola's algorithm evaluates people's past to predict their future." Sitwell says. "And what then?" Dahlia asks. "Oh, my God. Pierce is gonna kill me." Sitwell comments. "What then?" Steve asks. "Then the Insight helicarriers scratch people off the list. A few million at a time." Sitwell tells them. Dahlia looks at Natasha and takes her hand, Natasha squeezing it in comfort.
