I loved Paris. My mom and I would always come in the summer to see my none toxic uncle. Him and his wife are pretty cool people. I mean they are the reason why I have powers now.
You may be confused on what I just said. Let me explain. One summer I came to Paris by myself for the first time. My uncle's wife, Zara, was working on this serums and well I accidentally drank them. Causing me to have powers. In my defense 13 year old me thought it was grape soda. Damn it, it tasted like it too.
"You good Star" said my cousin Blessing. She was a few years older than me, but we were still super close.
"Yeah, I just feel like everything is changing. Like I know it's for the best, but I just feel something bad is going to happen." I said. My gut feelings are usually right, but I don't. I just want things to be better.
"Things in your life are going to change a lot, but we can't do anything about it." said Blessing. "And maybe your gut feeling is wrong this time."
"Yeah maybe you're right." I said. I checked the time and it was almost 6. "I gotta go."
"Wait take me down first" Blessing spoke with fear
"Why are we up here anyway? I thought you were scared of heights" I asked grabbing her hand and teleporting us to the ground
"I don't even know, man"
