The sounds of soft waves crashing along the shoreline is what soothes her aching heart in the late hours of the night.
Watching the little canoe just float on by without a care in the world, really drove her to inner peace.
This is what it felt like to be relaxed, to be free.
Yet, all she could do was think about the smiling boy she fell in love with on a night like this two years ago.
Speaking of which, where was he?
She hadn't noticed how eerily quite it was before, snapping out of her thoughts and looking around the peachy lit sunset shoreline for the boy.
