Time skip to the beginning of season 7
The Ninja's and Morro were cleaning up the museum.
"This ends now,...Samukai!" Jay holded a plastic Samukai head high.
"Nope, pretending this is the actual Samukai doesn't make cleaning up the place any more interesting. This is so lame! We're Ninja's, not janitors!" Jay said annoyed.
"Jay, did you never wanted to play football with the head of your enemy?" Morro smiled
".................................. What?!" Jay asked shocked.
"Whoa Morro, you have a wierd imagination." Lloyd sighed.
"Hey, you know me." Morro still smiled as he walked out of the room with a box.
"But still, THIS IS SO LAME!!!!" Jay yelled out of boredom.
"Come on Jay, we're all kind of responsible for the demage to the museum. After all, if we hadn't had that massive battle on the Day of the Departed, this place would still be in one piece." Lloyd said to cheer him up and walked out of the room.
"Yeah, and who's fault is that, Cole" Jay glared at Cole.
"Okay, How many more times do I have to say I'm sorry for accidentally unleashing the ghostly forces of evil that attacked Ninjago?" Cole glared back.
"How high can you count?" Jay asked. Cole pitted up a wheelbarrow but dropped it because he wasn't really used to his normale hands yet.
"Eh, speaking of which, you're still not used to having your old, non-ghost hands back?" Jay asked while he walked away with a box in his hands.
"I'm working on it." Cole said and threw the stuff that fall out back in the wheelbarrow and walked after Jay out of the room.
̀"This is exhausting. May I ask, why did we say yes to this job again?" Nya asked.
"I guess saving Ninjago again and again is harder than this Nya" Morro said as he passed her.
"That's true, but if I could go back in time, I'd tell Dr. Saunders we were too busy to help." Nya said.
"Nya, you may recall that the rest of us once time-traveled. It can have devastating effects, and should not be used lightly. Certainly not to get out of labor." Zane told Nya
"It's just an expression, Zane." Nya sighted and walked towards Kai, who was looking at an painting of the former elemantal masters of water and fire.
"I-I don't believe it." Kai said.
"What is that?" Nya asked.
"I think it's a portrait of,.. our parents." Kai said and Nya took a look closer.
"Whoa. This dates to where I was, like, three years old." Nya was surprised.
"Shortly before they disappeared. We know so little about them Nya." Kai sighed.
"Father was the Elemental Master of Fire. Mother was the Master of Water." Nya said while she created a bubble of water.
"And they left us the old blacksmith shop and little else." Kai sighed again.
"They left us our powers." Nya smiled gentaly.
"Guys! Look what I found!" Cole yelled from the other side of the room. Nya dropped the water and everyone walked towards Cole and a huge painting of a fight at the old monastery. When Morro saw it, he started to get a few flashbacks of that same fight.
"Uh, isn't that Garmadon?" Jay pointed to a young Garmadon.
"It is. Lloyd, that's your dad." Cole called out to Lloyd who now also runned to his friends.
