Paris. One little word can explain millions of things, for people that don't live there, all that floods their minds are expensive pastries, berets, their soulmate they are destined to meet in the city of love, among other things.

But to those who live there the things that they thought of most where their heroes, Ladybug and Cat noir. Whether it was Ladybug swinging through the streets or Cat noir stopping by to take a picture, they were Paris's heroes.

But Paris also meant Hawkmoth, a man filled with what many believed to be smothering darkness and revenge to want to target people who aren't feeling so hot at the moment.

Then he talks you into doing his evil bidding so he doesn't have to fight the duo himself. So while your actual self feels paralyzed your body takes over, your mind in Hawkmoth's control, and that's where Ladybug and Cat noir step in.

It's been 1 1/3 years since the heroes showed up, and various ones pop up all the time. Ones that no one knows about except the heroes, like King monkey, or Bunnix. But there's also ones that are well known, like Rena Rouge, Carapace, and Queen bee.

They are all valuable to the team, but not long ago, there were other teens who tried and failed as miraculous holders. Two specifically caused so much pain and destruction the miraculous were stripped from them, and a curse laid on them.

Not that they were hard to take when half of the team wasn't around anymore. But Master Fu and Wayzz managed, although the cat did put up quite a fight.

"Chat noir, you are no longer permitted to wear the miraculous of the Black cat", the wearer of the long time dormant turtle miraculous announced.

"Fu", Chat noir hissed in the darkest. He wasn't exactly thrilled about the idea of giving up his miraculous especially after what he'd done. He NEEDED to be Chat noir, he felt he owed it to her.

The darkness kept him hidden longer than Fu liked, meaning Chat had the upper hand. "Your miraculous can only be removed with a kiss from Ladybug, that has obviously happened, but at the wrong time", Fu stated into the seemingly ever growing darkness.

"IT'S NOT ABOUT THE KISS ANYMORE! It hasn't been for a long time", Chat admitted, his green eyes gleaming in the darkness. He stepped into the light closer to Master Fu, holding out the hand with the ring.

But it wasn't his normal spandex gloved hands with his sharp claws that Fu saw. His whole hand had fur over it.

Fu's shoulders dropped, "No no no", he muttered, examining his hand. Chat noir started panicking at the sound of the miraculous guardian panicking.

"What do you mean no?!", Chat's face dropped in misbelief. What was happening to him? Chat noir tore his hand away, tears pricking at his eyes, he didn't want to leave the teammates that were still here.

They had all changed him for the better, in every possible way. From a cold superhero who almost never showed up, to one that was always there when the team needed him, who joked and raised everyone's spirits.

He couldn't just not be there.

"Master, please, what's happening to me?!", Chat noir cried out, the panic taking over. He stared at his hands the fur slowly trailing up his arms, but fast enough to cause more stress, only making the fur move faster.

"Chat noir you must not panic! The longer your think about what could happen to you the shorter amount of time you have!", Master Fu reached towards him trying to get him to call down.
