Hero Or Villain?

Tartarus.

For a the most secured prison in Japan, Tartarus was falling at a rapid pace. At eight o'clock this morning, Kaneki and most of the other Ghouls attacked the maximum security prison whilst other groups attacked key points. Kaneki ducked under a barrage of bullets and activated his Rinaku Kagune and sent it at the Tartarus guards. Once he was sure those attacking him were dead, Kaneki continued onwards. As he ran over a bride he looked down in the courtyard and smiled beneath his mask. A whole squad of soldiers where pinned down by Noro. Kaneki had no clue as to how Noro was alive, but he wasn't complaining. That Ghoul was one of the key members of Aogiri Tree and was a massive powerhouse.

A large red figure bounded into the courtyard, crushing several soldiers beneath him.

'So, that's Uta's Kakuja.' Kaneki thought.

"ONE POINT THREE MILLION VOLTS!" Denki yelled from somewhere nearby, sending bolts of lighting crashing into everything.

The sound of a familiar Quinqane charging caused Kaneki to panic. He picked up speed and bolted through the prison, quickly subduing those that got in his way.

'Please don't be any of my kids.' Kaneki desperately prayed.

Kaneki turned the corner and saw a large yellow ball hit Denki, followed by a man in black dart across the room. Time seemed to slow down as the Narukumai Quinqane sliced through Denki's neck like a hot knife through butter. Denki's head hit the ground with a sickening thump and the man turned to face Kaneki.

"Greetings One Eyed King. I am the Black Reaper of the CCG. I am responsible for slaying the last One Eyed King..." The Black Reaper continued on with his speech, but Kaneki wasn't listening. He was focusing on the corpse of his Small One.

Images began to flash through Kaneki's mind. His daughter Ichika with a book clutched in her lifeless hands, blood soaking the pages. Touka's corpse laying over their daughter, protecting her even through death. Denki, laughing and smiling. Denki desperately protecting the others at UA. That smile was now forever lost because of the man before him.

Rage filled Kaneki and his Kakuja activated.

Izuku was fighting side by side with Momo when a primordial scream of rage cut through the air.

"What was that?" One of the Tartarus guards asked nervously.

"I don't know but it sounded angry." Another replied.

Izuku looked Momo dead in the eyes and she nodded. Both of them knew that scream, after all they have had to deal with the fallout of Sensei waking up from a nightmare before.

"No more playing around." Izuku declared and activated both Kagune and powered up One For All to fifty percent.

Together the pair of them charged at the guards. The combination of their Quirks and Kagune made short work of the guards.  As they were about to leave, a red bolt of lightning hit the ground in front of me.

"I am dreadfully sorry about that." Their attacker said. "I am the Red Reaper of the CCG and it is my job to put you down like the animals you are."

Momo growled and prepared to fight the Reaper. However, before she could a black blur shot past them and collided with the CCG member. Blood sprayed into the air and screams of agony came from the Red Reaper.

"Sensei." Izuku gasped and stepped backwards. Their mentor and general father figure looked terrifying. He had a creepy mask on his face that appeared to grow from his head. Dozens of large, centipede looking Kagune flashed back and foreward on his back. Blood sprayed on the ground as he began to feed on the corpse of the Reaper. Suddenly, mid-bite he bolted up and began to scream.

The couple slowly stepped backwards, careful not not make any noise. Whatever had happened to Sensei had caused him to fly off the walls.

"Touka." The deranged Ghoul rasped. "Touka. Ichika. Denki. I will find you!" He declared and let loose another primordial scream and bolted through the prison.

"Who is Touka and Ichika?" Momo asked.

"I don't know, but what happened to Denki?" Izuku replied.

"Do you think he..." Momo trailed off and the pair of them ran off in the direction Sensei came from.
