As a couple of weeks went on, and Kayla started to get used to her surroundings, and the people she was going to school with . That person she had her eye on, was slowly easing on to getting to know her.
Soon enough they became some what friends, though she started to hate him, yet only because he was somewhat rude, but had a strange sense of humor. She always thought there was something about him though. Instagram being one of her outlets, yet being, she found this other guy. He was so cute, he had such a soft smile, and seemly nice personality, his name was Evan ; even though she had never talked to him. Kayla knew she had to do something to get his attention, no matter how ugly she thought she was, she had try.
As some days went by she noticed Evan in the hall way and once again couldn't get her eye off him. She kept looking at him, it was like her mind was telling her to keep walking and look away but her eyes were saying other wise.
Not really realizing it he caught her eyes on him and soon enough that day he somehow found her instagram and messaged her ! As they talked for a while that day, not knowing he wanted to start talking more, and told her things like she was "pretty" for Kayla this was a new thing ? The next day after school they went on oovoo and talked for awhile, Kayla knew this year might be better than any year.
short update, but next chapter is revealing her past, as to why she's so shy and set back.
