Trust- Xingyun (discontinued)

Chapter 4

What does he want me to go to the rooftop for? I just need to find Lei's bag and look for the tassel, things will be fine after that right? Right?? I really hope so, I want to stay with him. I don't want to leave him ever.

    -Rooftop-

         When Xingqiu finally reached the rooftop he saw Chongyun standing there waiting for him. He runs towards him, "I'm here what do you need?" Xingqiu asked, Chongyun stood there. "That weird strange feeling again, it's stopping me from saying I want to end this friendship" He thought to himself. "Dammit!" Chongyun yelled and ran, Xingqiu chased after him. He grabbed his hand and pinned him to a wall so he wouldnt go anywhere. Their faces were inches away. Chongyun blushed, "What was it that you needed?" Xingqiu asked with light pink dust on his cheeks.

Chongyun's POV

     "I-i" I tried getting the words out of my mouth, it was that strange feeling again. I don't want to end this friendship, I don't. I grab his hand. "What was it?" He asked with pink on his cheeks, He looks cute like that. "Yun?" He called, That was the nickname that he would call me when none of this was happening. "Sorry" I whisper to him, "Why are you whispering, and what are you sorry for?" He questioned me. "For wasting your time, I had something I wanted to tell you but it would affect both of us" I said looking into his brown eyes. "Affect both of us?" He looked at me, "Why are you so close?" I asked, my face turned red. "S-Sorry" Xingqiu moved back a little, He was still holding me to the wall. "What do you mean by 'Affect'? How would it affect both of us?" He asked, "It's just a big impact on both of us if I said it or told you, it's better if I keep it to myself" I said then looked over to my right, I saw Lei and his friends. He was looking directly at us, He was carrying some drink, the color of the drink was blue. "We should leave" He whispers to me. I nod and lightly push him off of me. I was still holding onto his hand, after that we both ran. I looked at Lei's face before I ran, He looked pretty angry. I don't know why.

   Xingqiu POV

      My face turns even more red, Why is he still holding my hand?? And yet I'm also holding his hand. Dammit I wanna hug him. "Hey wait" I say looking around the lockers. "What is it?" He looks around. I spot Lei's bag, I let go of Yun's hand and dig in there. "I found it!" I say out loud showing him my tassel that he gave me, I get up and he immediately hugs me.

   -After school-

     Lei grabs his bag and opens it to check if the tassel was still there like always. It wasn't there, "Dammit! Where could it have gone!? It was in my bag this whole entire time!" He checks his locker, "Everything is still in my locker. I shouldve just put my bag in my locker, who cares if I'm late to class anyway?" He thought to himself. He runs off to find Xingqiu. "Xingqiu! Where are you!?" He calls, Everyone was looking at him in the hallway. He ran all the way until he finally found Xingqiu. Lei sees them together, Xingqiu turns around and approaches him. "Come with me" He says, He turns around and gives the just trust me look towards Chongyun. Chongyun nods. Lei and Xingqiu both walk to the back of the school.

Xingqiu POV

When we finally made it to the back of the school I clench my fists, "Why would you steal my tassel for?" I asked him, "Listen, I'll tell you the truth this time. I wanted you to get away from that popsicle lover exorcist, Ever since I saw you I knew it. You were the one I liked" Lei said looking directly at my eyes, "Why did you take it when you knew that I trusted him and wanted to stay with him?" I ask, No response. Just him looking directly at me. I lift my hand up and smack him in the face, "Ah! What was that for!?" He asks, "Why did you take my tassel?" I asked him again. He glares at me and runs off. I head back to find Chongyun. He was still at the front of the school waiting for me to come back, "How did it go?" Chongyun asks me. "It went okay, He just ran off. Can we go to your house? I'm kinda tired" I ask, He nods and grabs my hand,"Why are you holding my hand?" I ask blushing, "Well just in case you randomly fall asleep and I can just pull your hand"  I nod and smile at him.

   Once they got to Chongyun's house, Chongyun gave him his hoodie and Xingqiu decided to sleep on his bed, "He's cute.." Chongyun thought to himself, Chongyun was wearing a hoodie that Xingqiu got for him as a gift, he was wearing some black shorts as well. He walks over and kisses him on the forehead, "Sleep well" He whispers in his ear with a smile.
