You try to go to sleep but all that comes from it is tossing and turning. You quickly become agitated and get out of bed. You can be bothered getting dressed or brushing your teeth. The only thing you really care for right now is getting to the hospital.
You get a text from your roommate asking where you're going. You give them a quick answer and you keep driving.
When you get to the ER you wait for a while before you eventually get to your room. The nurse comes in and their eyes widen. They close the door behind them and cover the windows.
You look at the nurse with a puzzled expression, completely forgetting why you're there. They take your information and the nurse sighs heavily.
"I'm going to be honest with you, Y/N. We can prescribe steroids, but that's all we can do since we aren't sure what it is." The nurse said.
You nodded and they left. You were checked out and you went home. You texted your friend and gave them a brief synopsis of the current situation.
They were so worried and it would be a lie to say you weren't worried too.
